酒店離2號線燕兒島路線10分鐘路程，離奧帆中心和青島國際會議中心幾分鐘路程，適合參加活動的人住，去市區遊玩也是很方便。 有活動的那幾天酒店漲價了，性價比不太高，好在地理位置好，方便到國際會議中心。
酒店房間不大，有個小桌子比較方便，淋浴房有隔斷，洗澡水不會溢出來，衞生間馬桶🚽有點問題，跟前台反映後，第二天換了個房間，還免費升級了，比較滿意。
