This is essentially a flop house. For your money you get a tiny room with a bed. Comfort and cleanliness are minimal. The shared bathroom is not particularly clean or welcoming. I understand the phrase ‘you get what you pay for’ is supposed to excuse all this but really this place can only be recommended to travelers with very low expectations. On the plus side, the wifi and air con in the room were fine and there were no issues with the service.

Good location away from metro just 800 m.Close to cultural park and hospital. Night market by walk about 20 minute.Staff very nice and helpful.

It is a cheap and clean park-side guesthouse, 15 minutes walk from Taitung Night Market. There is a large supermarket nearby, and the pork head, chicken dishes, raw pork belly, and pickled cabbage are really good. I am impressed by the owner's fluent English and kindness. Thank you all.
