Booked room with fridge, but upon check-in, fridge waa faulty. They changed to another fridge , which was working. Toilet was clean, room not so clean, dusty and dirty walls with ants crawling around. Room was on third floor , no lift, very high stairs (very2 hard for families with small children like me carrying a baby up and down 3 floors). Do reconsider before booking

Bad hotel ever i stayed ! So busy body with guest business ! I dont think so you can knock guest door and asked so many questions! Because i do private ! I dont want to be disturbing by others ! So rude i guess !

The hotel's strategic location is close to Gombak center and next to KFC and McDonald's so it's easy for me to find food during the day and at night. The room is ok, a bit spacious and comfortable for me. Wi-Fi and facilities in the room work as usual. Ok, it's best to come here next time
