這個複式真的很滿意！挨着金沙灘特別近，房間很多很多，我們8大7小一共15人，房間夠夠的，孩子也特別滿意，房間裏也特別乾淨，房東也特別熱情好客，總之很滿意

和公司夥伴出來團建17個人，參加一年一度的國際啤酒節，很有氛圍，房間不錯，離金沙灘很近，適合人多的時時候團建，還有麻將桌，不錯。

這次的住宿超出預想的好，房間乾淨，整潔，衞生，房間佈局合理，還有麻將機，我們一行15人（帶孩子），四家，都能合理分配，住的舒心，玩的開心，自己可以做飯，吃的放心。地理位置非常方便，樓下有成熟的商業街，早飯，市場，超市，飯店，什麼都有，缺什麼都可以買到，有停車場，離金沙灘，啤酒節超級近，步行10分鐘內就能到啤酒節，離沙灘也近，最重重要房主熱情耐心，隨叫隨到，有求必應，值得推薦的住宿。

房子超預期的好，首先説位置：離啤酒節200米、離金沙灘300米、離連三島300米、離海鮮市場100米、離飯店一條街100米，位置相當不錯；其次説衞生：房子內衞生很乾凈，空間很大，地下室沒有潮濕感覺，適合一大家人出行入住，而且可以帶寵物，有小花園，房東回覆需求很積極，也主動解決地下停車等需求；最後説價格：這位置、這環境、這大房，很值很值很值，去年住的印象複式真不如這房子方便，明年再來青島還會選擇。
