老闆很好，入住時就把空調已經開好了，入住時非常涼爽!這邊地理位置不錯，住的很舒服，去不管哪個景點坐公交都方便，主要是房間無異味，這點很重要!出行最怕住的房間有味道，但是這裏沒有，沒有潮濕感，床墊也不錯，睡了不腰疼。空調很棒，冷氣很足，適合帶孩子的家庭，很划算，實惠，性價比高!老闆還會主動給推薦遊玩路線和攻略，很細心。祝老闆生意紅火。

房間很乾凈（榻榻米易臟，不建議在室內吃食物）。附近有很多餐館，推薦雙合園的飯菜（注意飯點，海腸炒量大，小貴，建議在別處小份試吃）。如果時間充裕，不拍熱推薦公交和地鐵，下載青島地鐵app,我們在2天內覆蓋90%的景點，其中嶗山半日遊感謝房東助力。房東有導遊證，自駕車，可以提前預約次日。早上在嶗山走走停停很舒服，中午在麗達廣場食品街吃完午飯後，房東直送車站。很愉快的一次旅行！

房間很乾凈，香香的，所有床品都是一次性的，很乾凈衞生，一次性浴巾超級厚實，質量很好，東西準備的也很齊全，花露水，大寶什麼的都有。房間很大，入住四五個人肯定沒問題，我和朋友兩個人一起去的，體驗感都特別好。民宿地理位置也不錯，去各個景區打車基本上都是起步價，青島很好玩，下次還來！房東人也特別好，回覆問題很耐心，放心沖！

民宿周邊配套設施齊全，無論是購物還是用餐都非常方便。

看了網上的評價才訂的，説實話除了老闆服務態度很好外，環境一般，在高架橋下面，晚上很吵，睡眠質量差的慎訂；用的是一次性的床單，被罩，枕套，孩子一蹦就破了，睡着不舒服，最後買了床單才睡的覺。網上的5星評價，嚴重誤導了我😭
