雖然最近北京安定門店全季被爆出“糞便門”的衞生事件，但總體來説全季的衞生條件還行，雖然也不是特別突出的那種，但是溝通一下會按照要求對地面進行清潔什麼的。
總體來説就是中規中矩，方便的地方就是停車比較方便，免費停車，但是每次出去都需要和酒店前台報備，15分鐘內出門，感覺後續有待優化。
其他的環境，設施和地理位置都比較方便，樓下也有超市和吃飯的地方，晚上也有路邊攤。唯一一點不太好的地方就是酒店對面是圍起來的大野地，晚上看起來多少有點瘮得慌。

酒店地理位置優越，離地鐵一號線王家港站特別近，出行方便！酒店服務很好，乾淨衞生，有洗衣機和烘乾機，免費升級了房型，還贈送了小孩早餐、小童拖鞋和牙刷、護髮素等等，早餐豐富，味道不錯。樓下就是大潤發超市，購物很方便，有嶗山可樂，裏面的鹵鴨脖不錯。旁邊有一家海鮮燒烤店還不錯，可以嚐嚐。想購買當地青島啤酒也很方便，隔壁就有一家，可以發順豐快遞。總之推薦！

自駕進來青島趕海，進了黃島區後途中臨時隨機選的這家酒店，到酒店很晚，白天前台的小劉很熱心，電話特地叮囑我們貼心小細節，又給我們詳細介紹續住服務，酒店服務很到位，下次看海還是住這裏。地理位置靠近中國石油大學，青島很好，值得來！
