Then the owner contacted me and said that he would change the room. I was moved to the room next door. This required packing my luggage and reissuing the elevator card. Although they said it was a room with the same conditions, there was no microwave. As such, fatal problems will come up many times during your stay, so it is necessary to be patient and solve them. It is really unfortunate to be tied up for hours dealing with such problems during your trip. It's inevitable that there will be a difference between the level of expectations of Chinese people and Japanese people when it comes to hotels, but most of the reviews on Trip.com for Chinese accommodations are written by Chinese people, so in that case I think it's best to assume that the rating is about half of the actual rating. As for cleanliness, the sheets were changed, but the place was not very clean overall. There were issues with aging everywhere.
