酒店在一棟大廈裏，樓裏有健身會所，有地上和地下停車場。在海洋大學附近，對面是特來電園區。坐地鐵或打車去石長者海水浴場（堵車嚴重）都很方便。
房間挺好，空間挺大，簡約專修風格。

房間真沒的説，面積巨大，雙1.8大床太適合一家四口入住了，服務態度價格也都沒的説，旅遊旺季價格完全能接受，唯二問題一是沒有餐食，早飯很一般，周邊買東西打車不大方便，但也勉強能接受；二是外面沒有大牌子，找地方還得打電話問。整體來説好評吧。

位置極偏，周圍交通吃飯不便，剛開始房間挺涼快，空調一直沒動，結果半夜熱醒了，房間悶熱！
多要兩瓶礦泉水，還説標準配備就衹有兩瓶。體驗感差！服務一般
