This is the worst Home Inn hotel I've ever stayed in, with the worst service from the entire staff. The front desk staff were generally polite upon check-in, but the next morning, at 8:30 AM, I went for breakfast, and the restaurant was practically empty. There was only fried rice, fried noodles, porridge, soy milk, and two noodles in a noodle soup pot, which were barely noticeable. I ate a quick bite. My companions, pressed for time, didn't have time for breakfast, so we took two boiled eggs. The waiter in the cafeteria yelled at me, saying they could only eat them there and not take them home. After reporting this to the front desk staff, I was told my room only came with one breakfast. After explaining that we had booked two rooms for two, which included breakfast for four, they simply said, ”That's how staff on the second floor are.” The matter was dismissed. I frequently travel to Qingdao on business, and this is the only hotel I've encountered with such a poor breakfast and indifferent service. Although it's a budget hotel, it's far above the standard of other Home Inn hotels, and the service standards of Qingdao as a tourist city. I wouldn't recommend or advise it; it's not worth the price.
