Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Qingdao

Perfect hotel for short trip. The soup noodle restaurant next to the hotel is good. There is also a shopping mall nearby , it has H&M, Starbucks , KFC, a supermarket etc but very less visitors inside. At the lobby and the buffet breakfast, you can enjoy free coffee using beans from Luckin Coffee! From Airport , you can take metro and exit at Dongjiahe Station Exit A2 , but need to walk through a park and about 10-15 minutes to reach the hotel .

The front desk, Anna, Owen & another lady staff are excellent ( she didn't give her name but told me The two names only. I think she is a great staff leader training them ). While the other two front desk staff were registering me, Anna has printed a 3 days places of interest in Qingdao without me asking . The 3 days itineraries were very well organized of the metro station & exits number to the venue. The hotel is cleaned & well lit even along the room corridor which is very comfortable since many hotels have very dim light along the corridor. The location of the hotel is super, very near to the metro station, Fushashu. The hotel breakfast is very good especially the chef cooked on the spot for the Big prawn noddles & dumplings. The chef prepared tasty & varieties breakfast. The hotel provides self service for laundry & drying which is an added value. I would recommend Holiday Inn Express Qingdao to my family & friends who visit Qingdao.

It was excellent hotel have nice view on city also room very clean and room service very helpful with anything even its out of their service will try to help, the breakfast was very good their many choices for me as Muslim also choices their ,the stuff was very helpfull i can mention specifically Jenny song she was very helpful and good speaker for English language and she help me to delay check out without fee also it was nice hotel also many shops and services around the hotels its good choice for travelers

This stay at Holiday Inn was a great experience! The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities. What touched me most was the waiter Xiao Jia, who was warm and considerate from check-in to check-out. She took the initiative to help with luggage, patiently answered various questions, and recommended nearby delicacies. His sincere service made me feel the warmth of home, and I will choose here again next time!

Very good service and helpful staff. There's some issues with indoor smoking at the reception and laundry room. But the hotel room was clean! Special thanks to the front desk for helping us with everything!

The hotel is conveniently located in Central Chengyang City. Traffic access is good and not heavy. There are many good Korean, HK and Chinese restaurants around the hotel. Checking in is a wonderful experience with efficient and friendly staff. The daily buffet breakfast is excellent with a good spread of Chinese and Intercontinental spread. One commendable service is the nightly porridge and tea which is great for a light supper before resting. The ground floor is also a great place to meet with colleagues. Luckin coffee served round the clock is also another excellent service.

The hotel is located in a remote area, and it takes about an hour to drive to various tourist attractions in Qingdao. However, other places have increased their prices too much during the May Day holiday, and this hotel is very cost-effective. The hotel is also good overall, with good service attitude, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a wide variety of breakfast. By the way, the coffee is too bitter. People who usually drink American coffee think your latte is too bitter. Is it because of the coffee beans or the coffee machine?

The hardware facilities and sanitary conditions of the new hotel are very good, especially the front desk service is particularly intimate. I was a little worried about the air quality when I brought the children out, but the staff patiently took us to the room to see it. The taste was not as big as expected, and it was also equipped with a purifier. Breakfast is not bad, overall this price is very good!

The room type is very good, and the front desk is also very friendly and professional. Manager Xiao Lu is very professional and Manager Xiaotian is also very enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, suitable for business travel.
