The service is good. The first room smelled of cigarettes, and the front desk was very considerate to help me change the room. The new room is okay, but at night, it may be the smell from the vents, and there is also a burst of cigarette smell. What's outrageous is that there is also a strong smell of cigarettes in the elevator in the middle of the night. I also smoke, but I really can't understand smoking in a closed elevator. The overall environment of the new hotel is okay. The windows of the ordinary double bed room: big curtains, small windows. The windows facing the street are soundproofed, but there is room for improvement. Except for the smell of cigarettes, it's just average, but the breakfast is not bad.

The location is near a commercial area, there are many foods, and the transportation is convenient, but the entrance of the parking lot is underground in another building. The distance is a bit far and not very convenient. The first time I came, I couldn't find it. Fortunately, I sent a location guide at the front desk.

We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton for two nights, and our overall experience was positive. The buffet breakfast was a particular highlight, served until 11 AM, which was perfect for a leisurely brunch. On the first day, we drove to Yumingzui, and on the second, we visited the Naval Museum and Wheat Island. Having a car certainly made traveling around Qingdao much more convenient for our family of four.
