The staff were all wonderful! They were always so willing and eager to help with any problems. The room was spacious and everything was clean. The only problem we had was with the smell in the bathroom. There was a weird odor in our bathroom (not sure if it's every bathroom). We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the location of the hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the night market and the taidong pedestrian street where you get food and do some shopping. I will definitely be booking with this hotel again on my next trip to Qingdao!

The room is very good and large, and the supporting facilities are also very complete👍 The front desk lady Fang Han's service is very good. She served tea and was warm. She also gave a small gift when I left the store🎁 It is very close to the advertising industrial park. There are many delicious foods downstairs within walking distance~ I will choose to stay here next time!

This hotel was a great find! Not too far but not to close to a subway. But close enough to bus stops that take you all over the city. The room itself was big and tidy. The bedding was absolutely the highlight big soft bed with fluffy feather downs and soft pillows. The bathroom was clean but could use with some repairs or upkeep! The shower down had hard water marks and some of the corns were mouly . The bathroom was usable tho and not gross. Cleaning of the room could be done more deep as I noticed some cobwebs in the corners. Overall with a good deep clean it would be rated 5/5.

Zhuju has a good environment, the hotel is clean and hygienic, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and it is highly recommended for those who come to play. The service attitude of the front desk brother and sister is very good. If you need it, it will be delivered to the door in time. They also gave my baby and me a lot of small gifts. It is also very convenient to order food and the robot will deliver it upstairs. Next to it is Wheat Island, the scenery is beautiful, and it only takes a few minutes to walk there.

The room was large, and the facilities on each floor were complete, so it was no problem for two families to stay. The breakfast was also rich, and the staff was very enthusiastic, helping to coordinate the room, carry the luggage, and prepare bottled water in time when they saw that I was going out. I was a little disappointed with the afternoon tea included in the room rate, and I hope to have a better experience next time.
