環境：周圍環境特別棒，景色優美，非常安靜。
服務：服務超級好，前台經理服務超級有耐心。
下次來齊河，一定還住這一家酒店，一切安排都很周到，前台經理態度也超級棒。酒店還有健身房，非常的便利。

酒店離歐樂堡很近，開車十多分鐘就到了，環境非常好，設施很齊全 配備的物品都很好用，房間面積也可以，很乾凈，住得非常舒服。酒店服務人員特別熱情，前台的帥哥美女有需要都給處理的非常好，還給長者帶的水 小朋友帶的禮品，感謝前台的小姐姐，非常友好。環境很優美，住得特別舒服。

房間挺大的，但是設施很一般，娃娃都縫了的，周邊配套沒有，點個外賣要一兩個小時，晚上洗刷發現衞生間樓頂漏水，半夜又換了一間房，無線不穩定時有時無，電視説信號不好看不了，這個淡季，三四百一間房，體驗感很差

這家真的是我迄今為止住過最差的一家酒店，無了大語。
1.位置極其偏僻，周圍配套真是要啥沒啥，酒店餐廳不開，打開外賣軟件，平均送達時間2小時，也不會有騎手接單。晚上實在太餓了，一樓衹有泡麪賣，看了下日期還是臨期產品，絕了。
2.酒店大堂空調不開，冷的要命。房間空調製熱也不太行，淋浴的水最熱30℃吧，澡也沒洗成。
搞不懂就這酒店還有這麼高的分數，連快捷酒店都不如，這次真是踩了大雷！

住過最糟心的酒店
1、定了一間雙床，一間大床 ，在沒有徵得同意的前提下，給開了兩間雙床，和前台溝通，説是已經滿房，至始至終都是我在聯繫酒店，酒店方從未主動聯繫我。不要説見面，電話都未曾打過。（下訂單後專門給酒店打電話溝通過，兩間房安排近一些，距離遠就不説了，奇葩的是房型還給開錯了）
2、客服電話長時間打不進去，要麼就是無人接聽。
3、淋浴間洗澡水溢的到處都是，給前台打了至少3個電話，也沒過來處理。
