房間很乾凈，設施也很新，無異味，隔音效果不錯，前台小姐姐服務很好。
剛入住登記的時候，就給送了兩個果盤，很耐心幫我們選了房間，大廳裏也一直有果汁、咖啡和熱水、冰塊，很方便、很貼心。
早餐種類可能看起來不是特別多，但每一樣都能看出用心，尤其是麪條和餛飩很好吃，麪條給的牛肉特別好吃😋
總之，這是一次愉快的入住體驗，下次有機會再來入住。

這次來啟東出差，選了星程酒店，體驗遠超預期，甚至比常住的全季還要舒服。先説房間，空間比想象中寬敞，辦公區域規劃得很合理，書桌夠大，燈光亮度也適合處理文件，不用像在有些酒店那樣侷促地擠在床邊工作。床品觸感柔軟，床墊支撐力剛好，忙完一天躺下來特別解乏，這一點比全季的硬床墊更合我意。衞生細節也很到位，桌面、窗台沒有一點浮塵，衞生間乾濕分離做得乾淨利落，連洗漱台的水漬都擦得乾乾淨淨，住着特別安心。服務也讓人覺得貼心，前台辦理入住速度快，還主動幫忙升級了高樓層的房間，説能減少街道噪音。晚上想打印文件，工作人員很快就幫忙搞定，沒有一點不耐煩。出差住酒店，圖的就是個方便、舒服，這次星程酒店完全滿足了需求，下次來啟東，大概率會直接認準這兒。

這個暑假帶娃住進啟東星程酒店，真是選對地方了！整體體驗好到想特意誇誇先説説早餐，本以為酒店早餐大多千篇一律，沒想到這兒挺驚喜。中西式都有，粥品熬得糯糯的，小包子鬆軟不膩，連小朋友愛吃的甜品和水果都新鮮又精緻，娃拿着小盤子裝了滿滿當當，吃得比在家還香。房間也讓人舒心，推門進去就覺得亮堂又乾淨，床單被褥摸着手感好，連角落都沒看到灰塵。給娃準備的小床也鋪得整整齊齊，小傢伙光腳在地上跑，我也放心。最暖的是服務，前台小姐姐辦理入住時特別耐心，知道帶了小朋友，還主動給了小拖鞋和牙刷，入住時還送了一小盤本地水果，西瓜甜、葡萄鮮，説是給小朋友的小驚喜，娃拿着水果盤直唸叨“酒店姐姐真好”。這次住得踏實又暖心，下次來啟東，肯定還選這兒！

酒店很不錯，帶寶寶去了海邊，雖然到海邊有一定距離，但是海邊吃不是很方便。住市裡吃的比較多，旁邊有商場、大型超市、醫院、樓下有7-11 24小時超市、85℃、奶茶店、味千拉麪等。
有個小小建議，夏天真不適合蓋羽絨被，蓋了熱，不蓋冷😊空調開太冷又怕小朋友半夜踢被子着涼。整體較滿意，值得推薦！

每次去這家店的早餐真的很好吃，服務一流，唯一比較遺憾的是酒店的環境有點小對比其他店。但是在啟東最好就是住星辰會比較好。

之前住過的星程有小度孩子比較喜歡，所以這次特意選擇了星程但是沒有這個設備，有點失望但是不影響出遊心情。可是衞生間不配備防滑拖鞋就算了，下水道也是堵的，洗澡的時候腳全泡在水裡別提多噁心，地上全是沐浴露特別滑差點摔跤。最最最最最最討厭的是前台藉口幫領早餐券（定的套餐有兩份早餐咱也不知道為什麼還得領）拿着我的手機隨意下載APP並註冊賬號，有毛病吧？在我問她為什麼不經允許擅自下載軟件的時候人家毫不在意的説你刪掉了就好。如果不是我疑問為什麼操作了好久你是不是已經把軟件刪掉了，你業績沖上了自然是無所謂，但是我想請問為什麼不經允許擅自操作別人手機！！！！！還有，回來點評才發現我訂單中是有歡迎水果的，也是什麼都沒看到，請問你是光想着沖業績其它服務完全可以忽略了是嗎，這麼大的酒店就是這樣服務的？
