沒有熱水，沒有煤氣，半夜找人來修
二樓的水很小，朋友洗澡凍到了。
衞生一言難盡，廚房重災區，關鍵有小強，小朋友嚇得魂都沒了，牆皮掉的，我謝謝他。
氣味也不好，麻將機缺牌。
核下來也兩三百塊一個房間了，這種狀況真太差勁了，住了兩晚，國慶期間不想折騰了，不然就退了。

恆大海上威尼斯小區裏的一套二居室，小區環境不錯，離碧海銀灘很近，步行大約10-15分鐘，去那裡玩的話性價比較高。
但是平時估計沒什麼人住，室內衞生比較差，桌子，馬桶，台盆上灰比較多，二個房間的床都是1.5米的，和介紹的不符，被套有發黴的情況（圖3），床上用品看着不是很乾凈。而且房間信號很差，不但wifi信號弱，手機信號也不好。

三室一廳一衞，要是有兩衞就比較完美啦，房間地板廁所灰塵有些大，別的都還好的，床和枕頭都蠻舒服的，五一假期沒有太漲價，挺好的，下次還去
