"Building is new but the set up is a complete mess! My room was so hot all night that it was literally unbearable to sleep! I called reception, they send a woman up and she turned on the fan but, when she left the fan was blowing hot wind even stronger than before! It became unbearable to stay in the room, so I called reception again and was told that the central air conditioning was turned on to be hot and nothing could be done!! I had to open the window in my room and the front door in order to get “at least some “ sleep! It’s a shame that in China they built such nice hotels but equipment and facilities are completely mismanaged! A complete **** show!"

The location is super convenient, just in the city center, it is very convenient to eat, shop and take a taxi around. The bus stop is at the entrance of the hotel, and it takes ten minutes to drive to Hunchun Railway Station, saving time and worry. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, the air conditioning and hot water were very powerful, the sound insulation was good, and the night slept very well. The front desk lady was very good at serving, check-in was fast, and she took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. It really felt as warm as going home! Although the breakfast variety is not too much, it tastes good. Hot dry noodles, soy milk, and eggs are very fresh.
