This hotel was dedicated to kids ..it has a lots of playground indoor and outdoor for free.the view from room was spectacular amazing and this hotel area was huge..it has mini zoo,sled area,camping zone and lake ..the only hotel in town ..better than Ramada ..

I stopped by to go to Woljeongsa Temple in Odaesan. The price was not too expensive and it was very good for 3 people. The facilities were also clean.

I had a good night's sleep. The ondol room is warm, the hot water comes out well, and it's clean and nice. I also feed the animals and play well like Jukdoli at the kids' cafe.

1. Choose the family connected room - The room is smaller than I thought, and the TV is a bit small. 2. I filled the bathtub with water to take a half-body bath, but the plug was loose.ㅠ 3. I tried to open the veranda door in the morning, but I couldn't bring myself to lower it because I was afraid the handle would break.. 4. There are sheep and animals around, so it's great to bring a baby. 5. It seems easier to manage the website reservation than Trip.com reservation...

I made a reservation while taking the kids skiing~ First of all, the rooms, lobby, and Kika were all clean and nice~ The animal farm was also clean and nice~ The bedding and heating were good. However, the immature front desk staff's response was disappointing.

It was a place I visited often, and I was able to make a reservation the day before the ***** New Year holiday, so I was able to rest well while looking at the snow. It seems to be a better place for families with children rather than couples.

It is a family kid-friendly hotel that is good for staying with children. There are many facilities to use, such as a kids cafe, animal farm, and swimming pool. Breakfast is also well prepared.

The hygiene was clean and the room was very warm. The reception was also friendly, so it was nice to be able to relax comfortably after skiing.

If you have a family with children, you should definitely go there even if it's far away. I went to Daegwallyeong Sheep Ranch before going, but it was a waste of time. Kensington is the best.

As a family hotel, the kids cafe condition and the breakfast while walking in front of the hotel were great, but the room condition was not so good ㅠㅠ It was not cleaned well, so there was a hair tie in the bathroom that I didn't know about, and the refrigerator made a noise every time I opened the door, so I thought it would be good if it was fixed a little.

The location is great and the garden is especially beautiful. It's great value for money. However, if the room is remodeled a little more, it would be perfect. I'm satisfied.

The hotel stay was very comfortable and nice. However, I am leaving a comment because there is something that needs to be fixed. The water pressure was too low and the hot water was insufficient. It took a long time for the water to flow before it reached a temperature suitable for showering. The water temperature dropped during the shower, so it was so cold that I had to finish showering quickly. Although you asked for understanding because I was staying on a high floor (16th floor), I think you definitely need to fix it. And it seems like the bathtub plug needs to be replaced. Everything else was good, so I would like to recommend it to people around me, but I think you will prosper even more if you fix the hot water problem. Thank you. I had a good rest.

It was the perfect hotel to travel with children. The swimming pool, sauna, kids lounge, animal feeding, etc. made 1 night and 2 days feel too short. Overall, it was cleanly managed, and there were many things for children to experience, so it was great. I definitely plan to visit again.
