Best place to have a holiday with family as it is kids friendly and provide a lot of facilities for kids to play

Went to Putrajaya for taklimat. Found this little cute hotel via Trip.com recommendations. Very close to JAKIM which only less than 10 minutes grab. The view, the design, the services was excelllent. There were security who 24 hours service at the hotel lobby assisting the grab drop off, parking, and also direction for check in. There was a welcome complimentary drinks during checked in. The staffs were very kind and helpful. With whatapps service, checking on you whether you need extra assistance or help ( I find it very helpful) Thanks and very recommended if you need short stay in Putrajaya. Very easy access to town with simple grab service.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The entire staff at the hotel (reception, kitchen and housekeeping) were absolutely great.

Haven't stayed in a hotel with Double Tree's type of 5 star service in a very long time. They really take care of all my needs. The Hilton membership WhatsApp service makes it very convenient to make requests. The hotel is very well maintained. And the architecture is beautiful. View of the lake is also really beautiful. Had a really good stay. Would recommend to couples, families and friends to stay for a getaway.

We had a wonderful birthday staycation for my husband and daughter! The splash pool was big enough for everyone—even though it was a bit crowded over the weekend, we could still enjoy it comfortably. We were also pleasantly surprised by all the complimentary treats: warm cookies at check-in, birthday decorations in our room, popcorn at the kids’ club, ice cream by the pool, and even a birthday cake during dinner! There were so many fun activities available at the hotel that we didn’t even feel the need to go out. In the evening, we enjoyed family-friendly options like riding at Fun Car Street and playing in the Game Rooms, all within the hotel grounds. We’ll definitely be back for another staycation. Thank you, Hilton, for making our celebration so special!

5 Star Experience I had an absolutely amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful service throughout my visit, everything was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel right at home. And yes — the signature warm cookie was the perfect start! The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view of the lake. Every detail, from the bedding to the bathroom amenities, was well thought out for comfort and convenience. What really stood out was the serene atmosphere it felt like a peaceful resort hidden in the city. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had, with a generous selection of both local and international dishes. Perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a calm escape. I highly recommend DoubleTree Putrajaya and will definitely be returning. 5/5 stars!

Our kids loved the swimming pool and the splash area made just for children. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the warm cookie at check-in was a nice touch! A big thank you to the team for the free birthday cake and balloons—such a lovely surprise that made our celebration extra special.

Splash pool is nice but no place to shower and change cloth for adult. Only available outdoor which is not convenient for ladies. Then, in the room, they only provide two sachet of coffee, tea and sugar. So stingy for 5 star hotel. They dont even provide spoon. The kids club room is so boring. The board game look very old and tear a lot. The toys are limited and not vary. However, the breakfast buffet is nice. The other service is good. I hope they can improve in future.

You have to pay RM3 per entry for parking provided in the hotel. During arrival, we have to wait about an hour to check in due to many guests. Luckily the hotel prepared welcoming drinks and cookies. At first, we faced some issues regarding our room. However, the hotel manages to settle it by upgrading our room to the family room which has a more spacious and beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was great however whenever there were too many people at peak hour, we were not comfortable and became too crowded. The kids were very happy at the splash pool with slides. More room for improvement. However, we are very happy with our stay.

The hotel is good but really need to improve about the check in time. I have to wait more than 1 hour and half to get my room ready. Although the hotel offered me to check out late but the hotel should show respect about customers time. I didnt expect to face this kind of problems at 5 star hotel. So. Please improve. Other than that. The hotel is extremly amazing with the beautiful view and a lot of facilities. Nice stay.❤️

There are 3 pools at this hotel. The hotel is clean, the room is big. Delicious breakfast and a lot of variety.

The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit D.T by Hilton Putrajaya once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.
