房間雖然衞生間設施略有點舊，但打掃的很乾凈，前台服務非常貼心，有事馬上幫忙處理。床品非常乾淨整潔。房間也非常整潔。性價比很高，節假日別家都漲價的很高，他們還能那麼親民的價格我覺得已經很棒了。

衞生和環境説真的不好説。電視看不了。小孩鬧了很久。地毯有蟑螂。洗澡熱水反方向。放了很久。小孩困的不行了沒辦法直接洗了。而且洗浴花灑還掉下來。自己安裝了好久。體驗非常一般。 服務還可以。都有上來看。但是電視沒法解決。 小孩感冒了現在還在流鼻涕。

入住和退房手續都辦得非常快，一點也不耽誤時間。工作人員還詳細地給我介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務，非常貼心。
進入房間，第一印象就是乾淨整潔。床鋪整理得非常整齊，衞生間也很乾凈，沒有異味。而且房間裏的各種設施都很齊全，空調、電視、Wi-Fi 等，用起來非常方便。

友人推薦，表示「如家」為當地連鎖品牌，素質應可以接受，實際到時外面掛牌明珠酒店？住宿地偏僻晚上無路燈，大廳和房間有菸味，對菸味介意的人非常不推薦！
分別入住206、207房，兩間房型的廁所狹窄，無乾濕分離，每每沐浴完畢水都已淹至房間！
207房入住時有兩隻大強出沒，跟前台反應僅拿一台驅蟲插座給我們？
雖然說一分錢一分貨，但衛生和乾淨程度堪憂，不會再納入考量。
