這家民宿是一家退休老師開的，非常的乾淨，設備都是新的，環境不錯，特別是林老師很熱情，都是那種有求必應的。外出遊玩碰到困難，林老師都會幫你想着辦法解決，給100個贊。。

阿姨人很熱情，包早餐，碼頭接送。民宿挺新的，乾淨整潔，每個房間提供2瓶水和2個一次性浴巾個。有晾曬區，可以曬衣服。距離魟鼻尾沙灘騎車兩三分鐘，趕海合適。有的房間可以看到海景，但是不是非常近的那種，距離海景有丟丟距離。住這家不用準備趕海工具，民宿都提供，省事多了。整體來説不錯吧，以後有機會還會去住的。

是一位退休老師經營的民宿，非常乾淨，趕海基地離民宿也就兩三百米路，窗口即可看見海，晚上也很安靜，出乎意料，十分滿意。林老師夫妻十分熱心，不僅推薦當地的美食，還給我們介紹媽祖文化，下次來湄洲島還會選擇林老師的民宿。

老闆如評論所説，很熱情。提前聯繫安排車接車送，最主要的是房間裏很乾凈。推薦的附近的餐館很實惠，味道也不錯，海蠣煎、海鮮麪，小朋友都很喜歡。推薦的電動車老闆人也好，車沒停穩摔鬆了車把手，讓老闆修下給費用也沒要，早上早早車子就修好送來，靠譜的老闆周圍都是靠譜的人兒。臨走老闆還送了小朋友紀念品，幫忙買了最新鮮的媽祖糕，感謝。

房間乾淨亮敞，床褥鬆軟，我們的房間在四樓，有一個陽台，可以直接遠眺海灘，民宿還有一個大露台，方便洗曬衣服。碼頭有車接送，會提前聯繫建議上島的交通線路，島上的行程安排，早餐還特地給我們準備了朋友家自製的春節糕點，晚上推薦的印象湄洲的演出很精彩，如果有時間推薦一定去看，可以聯繫店家領取購票優惠。期待下一次出行

如果民宿有評比，城外民宿一定是湄洲島最好的體驗！還是性價比之王！！讓你感受有求必應、感受服務賓至如歸、感受衞生無死角的乾淨！房東是退休老教師，但絕不是刻板嚴肅的形象，又風趣幽默且健談！而且也是一個周遊世界的旅遊達人！所以更能懂客人的需求！因為是春節，所以客廳茶桌特意準備了當地特色零食、還有房東特選的其他省市特產招待入住的客人們！早餐每一個品類都是手工製作或當地特色美食。還給我們規劃了最省錢的遊玩路線和交通工具！房東阿姨也剛好第二天出發哈爾濱玩，有幸我們一起坐船出島，途中居然跑去還給我們買了平安糕當地特產送我們！真是一路收穫太多意外和驚喜！所以民宿能被房東夫婦經營的像家一般温暖，讓每一位客人都能享受這麼好的入住體驗！必須是島上民宿天花板了！
