It’s not value for money. Basic things like mini fridge, bathroom sleeper are missing. Rooms are not well maintained

Excellent hotel. Room was very good and clean. Food quality was also excellent. I had apprehension about the hotel seeing one bad review. I found staffs are very good. Can visit with family.

Stay and facilities was good but i had a particular bad experience with the in-room dining. I received food after almost 2 hrs of ordering the same. They almost forgot it and my child were screaming for food at night. Ultimately i recvd the same at 12 o clock mid-night after repeated reminders and shouting!

We enjoyed a 2-night stay at this hotel. Room was spacious and well-equipped, service was good, and food at restaurant tanya was excellent. Buffet breakfast had nice spread and plenty of items, all well cooked. Front office manager mr. Samuel sabot took good care of us and also arranged a car for us to go for sightseeing. Hotel is located in the heart of purulia.

Pros: food was good and people were good. Cons: cleanliness was problematic. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. I had to call and ask for cleaning it. No hot water. Room gets very hot because the electricity is connected with card key. Once you take it off from the slot, electricity cuts off.

Location is good, as it's situated at the middle of the city. Food quality needs to improve. No hot water from the tap. One of the staff informed the system doesn't work. They are charging for amenities but they are not providing the same. Won't recommend the hotel to anyone.

Best hotel to stay at purulia. Food and quality of services is also satisfactory. For business trip, it will be a good choice.
