Terrible customer management.
They have a gate that closes in the evening, around 22:00 and if you stay outside there is no way to get back into the room! Absurd for those who are traveling. We negotiated to have it stay open at least until 23:00.
While check out is at 07:00 in the morning! Something never seen anywhere!
But the most unpleasant thing is that we had booked and paid for breakfast. In the morning, after forcing us to leave the room at 07:00 in the morning, they told us the restaurant for breakfast opened at 08:30! So we had to wait, according to them, in the Hall, an hour and a half without doing anything. Obviously we left without having breakfast.

very good hotel and the restaurant foods test is very good. every thing neet and clean. location is good, 500 meter shree jagannath temple and 500 meter Seabeach both are in walking distance. but car parking is not available in this hotel.

ITS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ... price was affordable with well behaved and cooperative staffs ... food was also good.. Location is between beach and Jagannath temple... I WILL PREFER THIS HOTEL ALSO FOR MY NEXT PURI TRIP

I am giving a terrible rating because of the following reasons 1. Hotel staff very arrogant, they don't know how to behave with people. 2. They mentioned ac, hot water and power backup but in reality nothing was there, in room 139 no geyser and ac was not working. When requested, they simply said it's not there and ac won't work. So it's a false promise. I request makemytrip to reimburse my room rent ele i will go to consumer court. I have all the proof. Makemytrip trip please also reimburse my taxi booking from bhubaneswar to pp palace. I cancel-led it after i saw message in the app to cancel is for free. If not reimbursed i will go to consumer court. Also i request with future customers not to book pp palace never.
