There was no hot water facility
And they provided used blankets without washing
And treated bad when dint vacat exactly at 7am because they failed to provide hot water on time

Room is good but wash is very bad. I had booked 3 rooms for 3 days but each wash room’s lock system is not working. No daily room cleaning. I was request to them after check out to put my luggage in their premises for few hours but they told me for luggage book a room of ₹ 1500/-. They have no sweeper for daily basis room cleening. Flash system is very poor. O have a bad experience.

The P.P palace sataing this place I fell it is an average as the room I booked is not suitable 1 out of 2 . dam smell are the one of the cause . I experienced from this place should changed in future for upcoming traveller. The people,s behavior are good .Food quality was ok. Room service are also good. I thought money values are not upto the level ,it should be modified in near future .I won't suggest till they look after the matter .Realy I am disappointed 😞

Behaviour of hotel manager is very rude. He didn’t allow to go out for food when we checked-in 11pm and forced us to have food from their kitchen. Very limited food options in their kitchen.
Wash room lock was not working and no cloth holder.
I’d not recommend this hotel

The hotel was neat and clean. The behaviour of the hotel staff was really good and they are quite helpful as well. The beach is 5-7 minutes walking distance though a very happening street which is full of Puri vibe. Same goes for the Jagannnath Temple. The temple is 10 mintues of walking distance from the hotel which makes it very much easier to avail both the Swargdwar beach and Jagannath Temple which are plus points from the tourist point of view.
Overall the experience was Excellent.
