Gestione clienti pessimo.
Hanno un cancello che chiudono la sera, attorno alle 22.00 e se rimani fuori non c'è modo di rientrare in stanza! Assurdo per chi è in viaggio. Abbiamo contrattato per farlo restare aperto almeno fino alle 23.00.
Mentre il check out è alle 07.00 di mattina! Cosa mai vista da nessuna parte!
Ma la cosa più spiacevole è che avevamo prenotato e pagato per la colazione. Al mattino, dopo averci costretto a lasciare la stanza alle 07.00 di mattino, ci hanno detto il ristorante per la colazione apriva alle 08.30! Quindi dovevamo aspettare, secondo loro, nella Hall, un'ora e mezza senza far nulla. Ovviamente ce ne siamo andati via senza fare colazione.

Toilet was very terrible, water was dripping from every wear in bathroom, staff behaviour was good, but in hotel restaurant did not provide good food, very limited items

very good hotel and the restaurant foods test is very good. every thing neet and clean. location is good, 500 meter shree jagannath temple and 500 meter Seabeach both are in walking distance. but car parking is not available in this hotel.

ITS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ... price was affordable with well behaved and cooperative staffs ... food was also good.. Location is between beach and Jagannath temple... I WILL PREFER THIS HOTEL ALSO FOR MY NEXT PURI TRIP
