Hello by Ananya, Puri

It was an amazing experience at Hello by Ananya puri, the location is good but little far thr main beach. The staffs are friendly, the rooms are good and the best part is the Manager Mr. Gyanesh is always proactive to assist the customers he is a very good asset for the company, keep doing good work.

We had quite a bad experience with this hotel. This is not really a hotel - the company has taken a bunch of 1 BHK apartments in a building and are selling them as hotel rooms. Some of the issues faced: 1. They do not allow customer vehicles inside the complex - only the building's permanent residents' vehicles are allowed inside. We had 3 kids and a lot of luggage, so it was very inconvenient. Every time we had to go to the temple, we had to walk outside the complex to get into our vehicle. 2. The breakfast spread was very small - only options - Idli, Sambar, cold pooris, corn flakes, boiled egg, milk, and tea. And the food lacked any taste. The tea was extremely watered down. They did have a paid tea machine in the dining area, where you could pay 30 INR to get tea/coffee from the machine. 3. The rooms were quite run down - the sheets seemed like were either not washed or not washed properly. There was no water in the flush, and we had to call them to fix it. The electric kettle was burnt from inside. There was mould formation in the room, and 4. The property is quite far from the temple, so would not suggest it to anyone who doesn't have their own transport.

It was a great property, room was clean and maintained, home style foods were available in cafeteria. All staff members are welled behaved and cooperative. It was very pleasant stay for me. Recommended for those who looking for a peaceful stay with family and friends

Spacious and well maintained rooms and bathrooms. I stayed for 4 days with my kids and its value for money. Only cons is no shops near by and don't have variety of menu in the cafe. But what ever limited option available food taste are good. You can hire bikes to go around to see puri.

Clean spacious rooms value for money, bad food Booked 2 suites for 2 nights and we stayed with a family of seven. Good experience: room cleanliness, spacious suites that were like a service apartment with each suite having 2 bend rooms a dinning hall entrance sit-out room and 2 bathrooms that were well maintained. Room service was good and they provided bottled water and the staff was very responsive. The food served in the cafe is below par and the idly, chutney, sambar served was the worst i ever had throughout my travel in the last 20 years. Please do not plan to have food at the cafe and instead order thru zomato or have outside as there are many good places to eat near the beach. The location is far away from the golden beach or the Jagannath temple so plan accordingly. For the price of the suites we booked it was value for money!

Staying at Hotel Ananya was quite disappointing. The unpleasant smell in the cafeteria and lobby added to the negative experience. Additionally, its location is far from the main city, making it less convenient unless you have your own vehicle. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
