Walked in on my wife getting dressed and still continued to walk in after she told them she was naked. We got a transfer from the airport so they wouldn’t let them in to the resort since we didn’t hire transfer from them at the resort. Bad experience overall. All inclusive food and drinks were not the best."

My room on the 4th floor was clean, comfortable, and welcoming—exactly what you hope for after a day of travel or exploring. The staff truly elevated the stay. The front desk team was professional and friendly, making check-in smooth and stress-free. And the bartender? Fantastic—warm service and great energy that added a personal touch to the evening. For anyone planning a short overnight stay, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s incredibly convenient, especially with their reliable shuttle service to the airport, nearby beaches, and local spots. Whether you’re passing through or looking for a quiet base in Punta Cana, Four Points delivers comfort and hospitality with ease."

"We specifically booked this hotel for one night because of the rooftop pool shown as the main photo online. It was the primary reason for choosing this property. Upon arrival, we were told that the rooftop pool is not included and actually belongs to another hotel, which felt very misleading. The listing states “all inclusive,” but this was not fully accurate. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, cocktails were served in plastic cups that did not seem properly washed, and sunbeds were all “reserved” from 5:00 AM, making it impossible to use them."
Bahia Principe Escape Ambar - Adults Only - All Inclusive
"Went to Bahia because we had a moderately nice experience in Mexico. This one was a very uncomfortable one for us mainly because of the people and the food. We felt hunger many times in this "all-inclusive" hotel. The restaurants serve mediocre food, in small quantities, with least authenticity and does not invoke any feeling on consumption. We ate at the restaurant and then also to the buffet to feel a bit full, but the buffet equally lacks real food with low quality vegetables & fruits and just badly made food that looks un-appetising as well. If you're someone who loads up of meat and alcohol, this place might be for you. Sadly not for us, and at the end of our 5 day stay, we felt very depressed, glad to leave and our taste-buds were dead. The rooms were large and clean, some parts were dated and the bathroom did not have a door to shield from the AC, which was weird. The beach was a great positive to our otherwise hugely disappointing stay. Made us doubt going to all-inclusive hotels ever again, would definitely not recommend."

"This wasn’t the best experience we had staying here. Place looks nice and has potential, but it is not ready yet. There seemed to be a fire or something on the 4th Floor, because as soon as you get off the elevator you see black walls/ceiling with some parts cut out. We attempted to cook some food being the fact we had a kitchen, but there was only 1 small skillet in all those cabinets they had. Wanted to make tea and there was no pot or kettle to make tea, neither no tea cups. Only 1 skillet, 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 butter knives, and 2 glass cups were in the kitchen. Internet didn’t work, neither did the TV in my room. We complained to the front desk, but after waiting one day they finally changed our room, however it was the same nonsense in this one that was 2 doors down. The road to get to place needs better paving, and there was construction of building etc all around. Place still needs work. Pool looked alright, but we didn’t even bother going in, neither did we eat at the restaurant there."

"The hotel is beautifull. Rooms are nice and clean and smell very good. Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect. Shopping, Cinema, Coco bongo, Dinner in the Sky and lots of Restaurants at walking distance. I will definitely stay here again."
