Bakour Punta Cana Suites

We stayed at the Bakour Hotel and our experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. The service was high-quality, family-like, and extremely attentive. They were always willing to help us with anything we needed. The reception was especially notable, thanks to the kindness and efficiency of Kimberly, who greeted us every day and kept us informed about the hotel's activities. Her personalized attention and willingness to help us at any time were crucial to our stay. But what we really loved was the attitude of the staff in general. From Manuel, the tour salesman who became a friend and gave us several free gifts, to the bar and buffet staff, such as Jazmín and Joan, who were always attentive and friendly. Even Junior, who worked nights, was extremely sociable and made us feel part of the family. We celebrated my 27th birthday at the hotel's Japanese restaurant, and the team prepared an unforgettable celebration for us. A cake and a bottle of Aperol were left in our room before the celebration, which made us feel very special. Although the beach wasn't at its best, the overall stay was excellent thanks to the staff. Each and every one of them cared about our comfort and happiness, and that's something that can't be measured by stars alone. In short, the Bakour Hotel more than deserves its 5 stars. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely cares about the guest experience. If you're looking for a place where you can feel at home and be treated like family, this is the perfect hotel for you.
