This hotel put an end to my travels in the Dominican Republic. Hotel which appears very pretty but is far from being so.
We changed rooms 3 times in just 5 nights, you can imagine the horror.
The rooms are in poor condition, the furniture is dated and deteriorated and their bathrooms are poorly maintained and full of humidity, rust on the shower heads and mold in every corner of the room.
Tap water is undrinkable due to the quantity of salt present, it is therefore impossible to brush your teeth and even washing remains complicated because the smell is very unpleasant.
Each of these 3 economic or superior rooms had problems with flushing the toilet (clogged every time) and the irregular drainage of the toilets was a disaster! . The device is defective, it was incessant and impossible to get to the WC in the rooms. The last evening was obviously too much! We had a flood throughout the room, a pipe burst, the floor was soaked and our suitcases were submerged by water. I am still in shock from this disastrous episode.
However, the hotel is well located next to Corales beach and close to many restaurants and shops. However, I strongly advise against it, the all-inclusive formula allows you to make great savings but for insufficient service and mediocre quality. It's not worth it for the excessive price, you might as well invest in a premium resort, more expensive but much more profitable.

The bathroom was in a pitiful state.
The cleaning was poorly done on this part as well. We were disgusted at the idea of washing there.
The ceiling was leaking... so wet feet at night when going to the toilet because of a puddle of water on the floor.
Reception staff not helpful and reluctant to help with anything.
On the other hand, the rest of the staff are adorable.
The common places are pretty and pleasant. (Treadmill not functional in the gym)
The location, a stone's throw from the sea, is also very nice.

The hotel does not look like the pictures. When I got yo my room, on the first night my room smelled of urine, as if person who was belied me peed and the hotel doesn’t clean it. It was unbearable, I had to ask reception to come and sort it out because I wasnt going to be able to sleep with that smell. The housekeeper came and she swiped the floor and it was much better.
The toilet handle was broken despite the water flushing.
The room smelled out humidity.
Not very sure of they changed the sheets needles I got there or even after.
The food was all artificial food, nothing organic. All drinks were from those sachets. Even the sprite tasted different :/
On NYE the food was much better, there were good choices, but still artificial.
Overall, it wasn’t that bad, a lot of people seemed to be okay with it. I am very picky so I notice everything.

I loved the hotel, the beach is beautiful and the attention, the rooms and everything were wonderful, yes. Doubt we would stay there again.

Desde que llegamos en el lobby un mal olor a aguas negras. No tiene parqueo, tuvimos que dejar nuestro vehículo en la calle que bastante estrecha es. Se supone que pagué una habitación con vista al jardín y no fue la que me dieron. No había la cantidad de toallas necesarias en la habitación, según la cantidad de huéspedes. Encontramos jabón usado y pinchos en la ventana rota del baño. El desagüe de la bañera roto. Mucho ruido en la habitación por la música de la piscina. En la mañana el ruido del personal haciendo cosas y los demás huéspedes empezó desde antes de las 7 AM. Cucarachas en la habitación. Puertas en mal estado. La comida básica. No la gran cosa. A mi gusto, mala la mayoría de las cosas que probé. Poca higiene en el área de piscina y bufet. Y mal servicio del personal. Las tazas para el café sucias, cristalería por igual. Las camas de la piscina en mal estado, platos con comida en los bordes y vasos tirados. Agua acumulada. Nos gustó el show (el dominicano). Básico, bien hecho, apto para la familia. El agua de la habitación (salada) se fue en medio del baño y tuvimos que irnos así, pues el personal no fue a resolver y se acercaba la hora del check out. Tener en cuenta que si quieres agua embotellada debes ir al lobby. Si quieres toallas de piscina debes dar un depósito en el lobby. Si quieres ir a la playa debes salir del hotel. Recomiendo llevar TODO para el aseo personal. Se entiende que por el precio no será la gran cosa, pero la higiene básica y amabilidad del personal debería estar garantizada. Solo en el lobby recibí un buen trato.

Esta es mi segunda visita este año y nuevamente me voy encantada. Desde mi llegada sentí una cálida bienvenida gracias a Katherine en recepción, siempre tan servicial, alegre y dispuesta a ayudar. En el bar, Santos se destaca por su eficiencia y amabilidad, siempre con una atención rápida y de calidad. El equipo de animación es sumamente dinámico, logrando que cada día esté lleno de energía y diversión. Rosa, con su dulzura y trato cercano, hace que uno se sienta como en casa. Quiero resaltar especialmente la limpieza de todo el resort: las habitaciones impecables, las áreas comunes bien cuidadas y siempre frescas, lo cual transmite tranquilidad y seguridad al hospedarse aquí. La organización y el esfuerzo del personal se nota en cada detalle. Me encantó regresar y comprobar que mantienen un servicio de excelencia. La atención es EXELENTE l Juan ivan luz y margarita ( los de la barra ) nos hicieron sentir tan bien ,tan profesionales , su atención fue más que buena ! Visitar otra vez esta en mis planes ,gracias a ellos ! El hotel cumple con todo !!!! Un solo inconveniente con la tarjeta de la puerta , nos terminaron diendo llave la cual no funciona muy bien cuarto 2112 Depues la comida 10 puntos todas sus piscinas el show , los chicos muy preparados y atentos ! Ho letto tante recensioni negative su questo hotel e credo che molte vengano da persone troppo pretenziose, viziate e snob. La mia esperienza è stata invece splendida L’hotel è bellissimo, ben curato e in un’ottima posizione. Il cibo è buono e vario, le camere pulite e ordinate ogni giorno. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile, pronto a fare il massimo per farti sentire a tuo agio. Un grazie speciale a Nery, sempre simpatica e sorridente, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel a chi vuole vivere una vacanza rilassante e senza inutili pretese da 5 stelle lusso: qui si trova qualità, calore umano e un’ottima atmosfera.
