It Was excellence. Thes Best hotel for me. The food is amazin. Every thing is good.

Hotel was very clean, room was spotless. Some restaurants were ok but the room service burger and fries was the best hands down We went twice to see our favorite server - shout out to “Jamie” Hands down our favorite server, he went above and beyond. Seaweed was bad this time of year, (no fault of hotel) but it was constantly being cleaned up. Ocean front pool was nice with pool entertainment.

Another wonderful trip to the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana! This was trip #3 in the last year and a half. Hotel is as wonderful as the people who work there. I have Celiac Disease (can't eat gluten among many other food allergies ano the Chef Concierge Sebastian was amazing. He provided me with safe, delicious food the entire week! Miguel at the Club pool provided us with great service and remembered us from our last visit. Gabriella at Deja Brew made my coffees with a smile and I enjoyed getting to talk with her each day. This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic food from sit down restaurants to buffets, great entertainment and above all else clean! Staff take pride in the work they do and it's reflected throughout the entire resort.

It’s been a year since I last reviewed Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana and we have been there three more times since my last review. It’s hard to find places that strive to continuously improve their offerings but that’s what Zilara continues to do. New things like Wine & Sax with music and food and wine outdoors around 5pm for example. A daily bbq by the pool has been expanded. It’s amazing how they keep the same staff but also so consistent and always happy with a smile and willingness to go way beyond the call of duty to make you happy. They treat us like family and their home is your home. Speaking to so many they say the same thing. They have surprisingly good entertainment from rock concerts to magic shows but with Ziva next door which is family they also have kids entertainment and movies and even there they have taken this to a level of offering more than popcorn but food like chicken nuggets etc for the kids. The service is second to none and the staff that works there welcomes you back with open arms. Our room was perfect thanks to Yanaris. It’s cleaned daily with night turndown service. But it smells fresh every day. Never a bug and attention to details and treats for you. Amazing. The bar staff is incredible to serve you with a smile on the beach around the pools and there is a swim up bar. Meals were excellent. Food was hot and fresh. Service was with a smile and gratitude. Thanks to Urickz the manager for food and beverage we tried the dinner on the beach. And we were not disappointed. A wonderful perfect experience! And he was all over making sure things were perfect as we ran into Urickz many times. The club is wonderful and the entire staff is so welcoming if you do the club. Special thanks to Misael and Adriana for their attention and assistance but all the folks at the club are amazing and there to make sure your stay is perfect. They were working on the. Each to add sand and level the grounds. The beach is very nice. It’s not a top ten beach but it’s beautiful and calm. No vendors harassing you at all and service on the beach. They have a great sports bar. With people like Juan, Eduardo, Gladys, Victerson to make your night the best you can’t go wrong. We have know Juan from the beginning. Amazing. The food is great too! Huge portions. One-Eyed Cat Martini Bar is an amazing place for custom drinks and piano music nightly. Once again the staff take excellent and make it unbelievable. Jairon is a magician but the entire staff there is amazing!! The Reef Pool staff is amazing. Starting with Yanette! She makes your stay wonderful and smiling. There are always towels available and the activities team amazing. Even by the pool they do arts and crafts like painting or hat making. Etc. the bar service incredible the nicest people you can meet ! Leury Francisco Georges Ravel Mayreni Alexander Danny Ruth Jose Patricio I’m forgetting some but they are all the very best. Finally even t
