We were a family of 3 generations 13 in total we had a fantastic holiday from start to end everything about the hotel was fantastic . Service was perfect. The food at the main buffet was not the best towards end of the second week but generally nobody starved the day time buffet at the pool restaurant were excellent the lady cooking the fried rice and noodles worked so hard in such heat. She deserves a metal also the guy doing the fresh steak and lamb cooked to perfection as was the pasta bar our children loved it All the staff are very hard working we had a fantastic time always getting us table together All our à la carte experiences were truly authentic and very enjoyable. The staff in the Dominican were a little bit miserable and we found them very intense by which I mean they didn’t give us time to relax standing by the table waiting for plates before we even finished and because of that we did not tip them and we’ve never did that in any other restaurant The sports bar staff were fantastic very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Generally all your staff are excellent the one person that stood out and probably does to everybody that leaves a review was your entertainment guy WANDERSON he was absolutely fantastic He runs your whole team and as I said there were 13 of us and he knew all our names and addressed us individually. I hope you’re paying him enough because he definitely deserves it. Thank you for hosting a wonderful family holiday

This is a fair comment to anyone who wishes to have a great , relaxing holiday. I would like to thank you all so much for your time, understanding and generosity. We have a wonderful holiday, experience and relaxing time. Staff go above and beyond there roles, always making sure you are happy . We would like to thank all staff members, from the towel dispenser at the pool to the bar staff, restaurant staff and managers..... We would also like to personally thank you if you could pass these remarks to your senior team. Luisana, Neiky, Alfredo Altemis @ guest experience Wilmer the guest butler Castro the chef for our absolutely amazing last night meal. Both servers Josue & Hector & Angel, who's happy smiling face, helped us enjoy that evening. They were very attentive, polite and caring. Myself and my wife have been too a few other Dominican Republic hotels over the years and have to say this hotel is so so !! much of better choice. Location, service, food quality , food choice, drink selection, Would definitely say it's a 5 star ⭐ hotel. And we look forward to seeing you all again in the future ☺️☺️ For the cost , this hotel supersedes it's competitors hugely. Highly recommend this hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Two-Week Stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda We have just returned from a truly wonderful two-week stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautiful and well-maintained the grounds are – everything is immaculate, creating a peaceful and tropical atmosphere throughout the resort. The staff deserve the highest praise. Every single member of the team we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special mention must go to Alexis from the pool bar team, whose warmth, attentiveness, and energy made each day by the pool even more enjoyable. He's a real credit to the resort. Thank you so much for our gifts. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team kept everything perfect throughout our holiday. The dining experience was another highlight. The food was consistently excellent, with plenty of variety and high-quality options at every meal. Both the buffets and à la carte restaurants delivered great choices, making every mealtime something to look forward to. In short, we cannot find a single fault with our experience. Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda provided the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday, which is why we have already booked for next year.

I am very satisfied with the services provided and recommend everyone to try Esmeralda Beach Bar, located next to the buffet, especially for the best bartender, the most sociable and friendly employee I have ever met, named Carlos. This guy made our vacation more enjoyable. I recommend him and hope that the hotel managers truly appreciate his talent and the way he treats customers, which is 10 out of 10. Together with my wife Gabriela and two other good friends, we appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Thank you for everything, Carlos. Estoy muy satisfecho con los servicios prestados y recomiendo a todo el mundo que pruebe el Esmeralda Beach Bar, situado junto al buffet, especialmente por el mejor camarero, el empleado más sociable y amable que he conocido, llamado Carlos. Este chico hizo que nuestras vacaciones fueran más agradables. Lo recomiendo y espero que los gerentes del hotel aprecien de verdad su talento y su forma de tratar a los clientes, que es de 10 sobre 10. I had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful, and even though it was raining most of the time, the entertainment team always had activities to keep us happy. There are a few people I want to highlight: Leonela, the waitress at the beach snack . The bell boy team: Jose, Nelson, Danny, Rodrigo, Jeremias, Pedro, Ramon. Front desk : Yensy ,Yirandy and Altemis Gabriel from amstar at the lobby ! And last but not least the entire Guest Experience team, especially Wilmer, who paid attention to detail and helped us with everything. Always friendly, fun, and willing to solve any problem that arose. He made sure we had everything we need and beyond. so if you ever decide to come to Esmeralda you can look for all these people;they will make your experience the best of the best . Special shout out to room service team the food was delicious and on time! I hope to return soon.

Been Dominican 4 times now this hotel by far the best the food amazing especially a la carte try them you won’t be disappointed a special shout out to Alexas at the main pool bar in Esmeralda looked after us throughout the holiday Seaweed been an issue ball along the coast but Bahia tried the best and succeeded to keep the beach clear a lot better than hotel close by on same beach

Great resort with many amenities. Excellent service and everyone is genuinely nice and wanting to help. Kids love the kids club and the water park. We loved the breakfast buffet the most but all the buffets were amazing with variety of food for all. We even had butter paneer as an option for one of the night!!!

We had a great time at the resort, the rooms were very clean, the food was great, and the pools and beaches were very clean. Some of the events coordinator such as Gelean who was the aqua fit leader did a great job.He encouraged participation and was very friendly to everyone
