Royalton CHIC Antigua, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

Came here to celebrate my birthday my fiancé advised the customer service about it and they said they will bring something to our unit however nothing came. Also the TV was nit working also there’s something dripping in our room. The service in the restaurant and at the bar was good. Was looking forward for my birthday to be memorable but sad to say I was disappointed.

Our room had numerous issues: shower would leak into the bedroom, tv never worked, bad power plugs, fridge haphazardly placed outside of cabinet, A/C could not be adjusted, and more Furthermore, we had to deal with aggressive selling attempts for the ‘Diamond Club’ as well as other amenities.

Good location nice and compact. Rest so poor ran out of food drinks diamond club benefits a joke if you get any breakfast DC only Saturday & Sunday DC sorry but hotel is a joke.

Hands down worst resort I’ve ever visited. Diamond club room purchase. Butler service is a joke, heard only from butler on day one and the final day. Lazy and acted like he didn’t want to help. Tacky sales tables with trinkets set up all over the resort where people haggle you to buy stuff ON the resort. Unsafe atmosphere. I was yelled at by a sales rep named Collins on the resort for not listening to his sales pirch. He yelled that he was going to be fired if I didn’t agree to go back to the sales area to listen to his pitch. Unbelievably poor experience for and the only thing I got was an apology from the resort. There are better resorts to stay at in Punta Cana. This place is anything but luxury.

this was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at an all-inclusive resort. I flew with 17 of my friends for a bachelor party and everything started from the check-in experience which was absolutely horrible. I had booked a double bed, but when I got to the resort, they put me in a single bed occupancy. We are grown men and absolutely unable to share beds. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to settle for what they had given us the next day they said they would put me in a double bed, which would not be available until 5 PM and had to check out of my existing room at 12 PM which gives me five hours of no room. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve never stayed at any place where they kicked you out before having your new room ready especially for five hours. The only thing I want to give credit to is CHEF SAROJ from Tandori. He would absolutely amazing. His food tasted incredible. He made us feel extremely homely, and we ended up eating their 3 out of the 6 days. We tried all the other restaurants, and they simply could not match to the level of food and hospitality that I received from Tandori. Would I ever return back to this resort? absolutely not!!! save yourself the trouble. find a different resort to stay at.
