This hotel have terrible employees especially supervisor not even friendly very rude disrespectful we had problems with our reservation because for somehow the third party did not inform the hotel that we had 2 kids so the supervisor of the hotel that night called Carlos refused to let us check in if we do not pay them kids as adults as it was as triple price that we paid so we had to go checked in to another hotel for them to find out with their reservation teams due to the fact that we came late so the next day this same supervisor and other staff did not even apologise and talk to us as we are nobody so disappointed and disrespectful not even try to give us discount or accommodate us
Very very bad place even though the decor as stunning
Food was not good as had an allergic reaction after eating something which I never ever had allergies in my life

The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.

전체적으로 만족스럽습니다. 장점은 레이지풀.. 아이들이 정말 좋아했어요. 그리고 숙소 컨디션도 좋았고, 직원들도 친절했고 액스트라 베드 비용이 없어서 좋았어요. 단점은 쇼핑이 조금 멀고, 위치도 조금멀어요. 결정적으로 바다가 그리 좋진 않았어요

This hotel is one of the worse hotels I have visited. The rooms were not ready at check in time. We were asked to come back; we requested a call when the rooms were ready; 10pm came and we didn't receive a call; so, we walked to reception where we met the supervisor Junior who was rude or condescending. Giving excuses vs taking responsibility. The biggest turn-off for me as a customer as I spent enough money to be accommodated. Once we got to the room, the room was not cleaned properly and I have photos to prove it, and one room was not even up for booking, the cleaning maid stated she reported early morning due to the ceiling falling out and the closet was hanging out of the sockets. This was a family trip with 4 rooms booked in this hotel. We were supposed to have hammock and none of them did, we received the hammock the day before check-out and the flap of the seat was dirty and dingy. They didn't even offer to upgrade us due to the inconvenience, but they did want to downgrade us. Please make it make sense.

Avoid Ocean El Faro – El Beso adults-only side if you’re expecting good food, service, or a relaxing stay. The food was appalling – often raw or undercooked – and there were no safe, basic options for fussier eaters (not even something simple like chicken nuggets). Despite advertising a wide range of restaurants, several of them were closed for our entire two-week stay. When I messaged the concierge about this, I was completely ignored. The staff were shockingly rude. They would look you directly in the eye and then walk away rather than serve you. Drinks almost always arrived after we had finished eating, which is ridiculous. The resort is huge and they claim to offer a train service you can arrange through the concierge, but most of the time it simply never turned up. To make matters worse, we found a tarantula on our balcony. When we showed staff a picture, they laughed, told us it was dangerous, and then did absolutely nothing to help. This resort is badly managed, the food is unsafe, the staff don’t care, and even the basic amenities they advertise can’t be relied on. Easily one of the worst holiday experiences we’ve ever had – I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
