We stored one luggage in the hotel after staying one night and proceed for Chile, Peru and Argentina trips.

A great hotel. Pampering times two! With a coffee machine in the room. Friendly staff. Even though check-in was at 3 p.m., I was able to leave my luggage in Foaier and visit the city, have lunch, etc.

It's OK. Although it's a little small, it's clean and fresh. The hotel is about 1km away from the city center park.

Good location, convenient to Plaza de Armas, commercial area and the beach. Clean and well-equipped. Good hot water, umbrellas, bathtub and bath gel. The decoration is a bit Nordic. The service staff is thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast is rich with many varieties.

Very clean, the heating is on, the room is small, comfortable for one person, but crowded for two people. The building is too sloppy, it is still bright at 11 o'clock at night, and the shade is not tight.

The location is very good and the overall feeling is very good. There are no slippers in the room, which is not very friendly to Chinese people.

The front desk service is average. I was asked to sit in the lobby and wait for the room for almost two hours, and it was already past three o'clock, but they simply ignored me. Later customers went straight to check in... Check-out time is 11 o'clock, which is also rare? In addition to the front desk, the concierge, lobby bar, and restaurant services are all pretty good

Excellent hotel! Lots of rooms, good service, close to the center. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, the food is delicious. There are breakfasts, but we had breakfast in the cafe. We recommend the hotel!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The entrance area, the bar and the restaurant were very nice and good - the room was a bit smaller than expected and had the window in a shaft. The gym consisted of a collection of (older) sports equipment, but was OK if you don't have high expectations. The wellness area borders directly on the fitness area, seemed extremely uncomfortable and we would have had to pay another $20 per person, which definitely wouldn't have been worth it.

The new part of the hotel is excellent, everything is very comfortable, the coffee available in the room is appreciated
