Stayed in this hotel for couple of days as i had a function to attend in the opposite apartment nyati elysia. It's an average hotel for the price they charge. Rooms are decent and location is good, that's where positives end. Staff don't have any clue about hospitality, felt like they are clerks in some office. When i arrived, they asked me to fill a form, he handed me the room access card, and then he started doing his work. I understood that i have to figure out where the room is and carry all the luggage myself without any help. Same thing while leaving, no thank-you or any other courtesy, he didn't even bother to take my feedback, i had to ask him to give me the feedback form. Breakfast quality was junk, waiters were unresponsive and lack interest. Room service takes forever to deliver your food. Carpet below the bed wasn't cleaned for many days i felt, had some dust accumulated on it, other part of the room including bathroom was pretty clean. It's a causal place where you can go and live for a day or two, but don't expect much.

Good hotel rooms. Luxury rooms are the best ones, but premium rooms' cleanliness could have been improved. Service and food were good as well, but food rates are a bit on a higher side.
