I had a wonderful stay in this hotel, a beacon of calm and great service in the midst of the chaos that is Pune. Great massage in the Tattva Spa, a good nights sleep on a great mattress with lovely beddings, and a great breakfast spread. But what made this hotel particularly wonderful was the spectacular service of the staff. Anaya Singh at the front desk was my own personal angel, helping me with a complicated check-in, shopping, laundry, airport ride etc. Sajal Das also went above and beyond in the lounge especially the first night when I was deranged from prolonged travel. And always with kindest of smiles! One of my fave stays anywhere. Thank you!
