Great choice if you need to stay in this side of the city. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful.

Only hotel location was good . Food was bad . Brekfast pathetic and cold and service is too bad at breakfast table too . The reason last day I did not go to eat breakfast . Rooms ok but bathroom too smelly . And hair dryer also doesn’t work when asked to change too so long and waste lot of . I have booked this brand as I know the brand is too good but now I won’t stay any more in Hyatt properties , before two days only o stayed at Weston it was just as. Awesome 100 by 100 no complain at all .

Very comfortable rooms, with high quality pillows and sheets. The staff was very helpful and overall had a great experience.

Overall, a great experience at the Hyatt Regency pool. Yogesh sir (swim coach) was very good. Punctual and skilled. a good communicator while coaching. Observes thoughtfully and provides feedback. It is an indoor pool- clean and maintained at a consistent temperature. Would highly recommend!

We recently stayed in a 2BHK apartment for five nights, and I must say the experience was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly attentive and caring. A special shoutout to Digvijay, Rajeev, Chef Avtar, Devyojit, Freddy, and the cleaning staff—Gyan, Santosh, and another helpful young man—who made us feel right at home.They truly went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday unforgettable. The surprise they planned for her was absolutely mesmerizing, and she adored every moment of it! When she fell ill unexpectedly, the staff quickly arranged for medicine and provided all the care and support we needed. Whether it was a request for extra amenities or my senior parents needing something specific, the team handled everything with efficiency and kindness. Kudos to them!However, my daughter and her best friend did feel that a more extensive toy zone, similar to Corinthians Resort, would have been a great addition. Also, adding more variety and flavors to the breakfast menu would elevate the experience even moreOn a brighter note, the food and ambiance at Zeta restaurant were out of this world. My daughter had an amazing time celebrating her birthday there! When my mother got sick during the last two days, they were kind enough to bring breakfast to our room, which we truly appreciated. Their hospitality deserves a 10/10! Even when off-duty, the staff would check on our well-being, which shows their commitment to their guests. The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness, which could be slightly better, but overall, our stay was fantastic.

We went for a Three wks stay at this lovely Hotel. What a Holiday we had !! Everything and Everyone was just awesome. All the Staff and Employees all with a smile on their face and ready to help you with whatever it needs. Puii was such a wonderful person and very professional on her job. She made every effort to have a "holiday of a lifetime" !! Thank you.
