Stayed here for 1 night on a weekend. Booked this stay using points through marriott bonvoy app for free using points earned from American express credit card. My room upgrade and early check in request was accepted and I got upgraded to executive suite, few perks of being marriott binvoy gold elite status member. Suite had stunning views of Poona Golf Course, I also opted for club lounge access, which has multiple presentations throughout the day. I would highly recommend it as its worth the experience. Staff are friendly and always eager to help you in any way as needed. Food is amazing, and really liked sunday breakfast. Best part of the hotel is its pool, loved spending time in the pool. If you are looking for luxury stay in Pune, this property needs to be right at the top of your list. Looking forward to my future stays here.

Yash was great in service friendly and welcoming .. the buffet breakfast spread was delicious a lot of variety we did full justice in enjoying every part of the meal. It was my son's birthday they surprised us with a beautiful cake 🎁🎁 thank you so much

This hotel is the best I’ve ever stayed in. It was my best birthday with the amazing Ritz Carlton team made it even more amazing. Our housekeeper Savinay was amazing and incredible. Even Karan uncle was very kind and made our stay and my birthday most memorable. Our room was spacious and amazing the SPA experience is the best I’ve ever had even the UNO salon was amazing I am happy that I spent my 12 th birthday .

Great 5 star luxury hotel. Amazing service and. Breakfast buffet. Staff are attentive and pool is amazing. A nice safe sanctuary to escape from the hustle and bustle of Pune.

Awesome stay at ritz carlton pune, enjoyed buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. All were too lav8sh. All staff was very helpdul and polite. Room was excellent with all required amenities. We enjoyed our stay. Infinity pool view is stunning

"Weekend should be a time we speak for the rest of the week" Thank you so much Ritz Carlton and Three Kitchen staff for making this weekend a memorable one.Rupesh Ji ...your warm smile always makes sure we drive our way to Three Kitchen whenever we feel like having food outside.Chef Shankar ji is one *** who makes sure not a single craving is left untreated.He adds his pinch of hospitality by some speciality from his side.The south indian food festival gave a trip to kerala sitting in pune. The food coma lasted for a week after having the lavish treat,wanted special thanks to Sonal, Aswin,Akshay, Rahul, Sandesh and hemant and all we can say they served straight from their heart. Ritz(rcmemories) for always making sure”we meet again soon”. Thank you again.

Nice service…. Thanks for the nice service. Delicious food and starters. Ambiance and look and feel was good. Every time we visit will feel the same as from entry till exit you are maintaining same end user experience. Keep this up and bar the raise high.
