Cloud 9 Hills Resort

Our 3bedroom duplex Villa lacked basic facilities like hot water in bathroom and television for entertainment. The location of the property, view for our masterbedroom deck, average food quality with limited options in breakfast was all good and gets a thumps up however the maintenance and hygiene perspective needs lot of efforts from its management. The Molded head beds in all the three rooms, leaking AC, smartv with no wifi connection and the bath tubs with insects crawling just doesn't give us the reason to return or recommend. Daily we had to remind the housekeeping staff for towels and clearing out the used dishes and cups to be taken from the room. The spa experience was better than any other facilities within the resort . We didn't use the pool so wouldn't comment on it. Play area slides and swings need to be repainted for sure. As most of the entertainment sports facilities were rusted or broken. Wifi voucher provided didn't work we had to use our own mobile network to connect for internet as well the dishtv recharge wasn't done even after promised by the staff. One of faulty TV from the masterbedroom was un installed and taken and never returned atleast not in our duration of stay. There were hardly any guests while we stayed however still the basic comfort of us, as a guest wasn't catered by the hotel staff .

Mr Rabindra Sahu , Mr Laxmidhar Das and Ms Meenakshi demonstrated customer centricity by paying attention to details during my stay . They took good care of the needs and were super fast in responses weather it was specific food asks , WiFi connections & many more such examples . Looking forward to come back again in future as well .

Perfect place to stay surrounded with lush greenery. Friendly hotel staff, awesome food with variety of dishes the hotel GM Mr Rabindra Sahu he was very supportive and his team also I prefer to stay again if I get another chance in the same resort even the owner of this hotel is very supportive.

Amazing location, great service, very Nice food. The conference hall is nice and big, equipped well for the meeting. Swimming pool and upper deck have great views too. The place was full of clouds and the ambience was perfect for an company offsite.

Property's location is excellent for those who value scenic views. Little away from Lonawala town but that is what makes it a very peaceful location. The view from various sit outs are beautiful especially in early morning and around sunset. . Food is very good. The volumes of each dish is sumptuous. The staff is very courteous and always willing to go out of the way to help. I would like to specially mention names of Sahil Thakur and Rabindra Sahu for good services.

Very Good Property, Tasty Food, Friendly staff. Overall Very satisfied experience. Food variety & quality both were best. Views from Rooms are very beautiful. Rooms interior also very good. Villa were also very nice. Very well maintained & managed property.
