As soon as we arrived at Cloud9 Hills, we understood why it’s so well regarded. Mr. Mohammad, the manager, welcomed us personally, showed us around, and made sure our room selection matched our needs—a spacious hill‑view cottage perfect for two. Our stay only got better thanks to the kind professionalism of Mr. Nrusing Sahu. He was our go‑to for anything—from extra slippers and fresh blankets to tips on capturing the best sunrise above the hills. He quietly ensured our cottage was spotless each morning, and the pool towels were always fresh. Dining was an experience in itself. Mr. Ravindra Sahu served each vegetarian dish with pride—whether it was creamy malai kofta, masala dosa, or flavorful South Indian filter coffee. His thoughtful recommendations and prompt service elevated even simple meals into memorable moments. We loved the serene setting: morning mist on garden paths, a clear pool surrounded by greenery, and lounge chairs just begging for a good book. We joined a group yoga session one morning, which felt just right. When we needed downtime, we moseyed to the spa; the steam room and herbal treatments were rejuvenating. This resort blends scenic charm, thoughtful design, and hands‑on hospitality. The warmth and coordination among Mohammad, Nrusing, and Ravindra truly made the trip feel luxurious and relaxed. We’ll be recommending Cloud9 to everyone we know.

I found the place to be so serene and quiet. Out of the city commotion. This is the best place one could enjoy the retreat and away from all the loud noises from our daily lives. We booked 2 connected houses with amazing view of the valley.
