Close walk for Darwin centre(15 minutes) , tortuga bay (20 minutes) and playa mann(10 min walk). They have a Terrace with Bahai Marr which is a good view for relaxing in the evening.
They provided good information for travelling from airport to Hotel.
Staff was friendly and managed to speak English. Breakfast was good. Water bottle , beach towel and complementary bags provided .

Ho avuto un’esperienza meravigliosa nell' Hotel Cucuve. La posizione (a Puerto Ayora) è perfetta: a pochi passi dai luoghi di interesse, dalla spiaggia della stazione, dal molo principale, dai ristoranti e dai negozi. Nonostante la posizione centrale, il soggiorno è stato tranquillo e silenzioso durante la notte. Le camere sono moderne, spaziose e la pulizia impeccabile, con ogni dettaglio curato con attenzione. La colazione è stata eccellente, con ingredienti freschi e locali (ho amato i formaggi prodotti alle Galápagos!). Ma ciò che ha reso davvero indimenticabile il mio soggiorno è stato il personale: incredibilmente caloroso, attento e sempre disponibile ad aiutare con un sorriso. Grazie a Christian per le colazioni favolose, a Estefanía per le prenotazioni nei ristoranti che ci hanno consigliato e ad Ana per essersi occupata ogni giorno delle nostre attività e per aver coordinato con gli agenti. Hanno reso l’eserienza alle Galápagos davvero speciale. Consiglio vivamente l’Hotel Cucuve a chiunque visiti Santa Cruz. È un luogo bellissimo e accogliente che fa sentire come a casa. Non vedo l’ora di tornare

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel très bien placé. La personne sui nous a accueilli parlait français et a pu répondre à toutes nos demandes sur la suite de notre voyage. L’hôtel est très confortable. Les chambres sont grandes. Nous avions une belle terrasse. Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents. Hôtel à recommander sans hésitation

The staff is absolutely amazing. So very relaxed and helpful. The breakfast is a full bery tasty breakfast and the woman preparing it is wonderful. They even sent us off with a bagged lunch when we left earlier than 7am and had light crackers and cookies available throughout the day. Location is very convenient. They even have a separate area accessible to guests on the waterfront that we found to relax and read. I highly recommend but if you have difficulty with stairs I would suggest not staying here as reception is one floor up.
