Everything was perfect; the best part was the breakfast (buffet)

The hotel is very close to the central square and has a nice and clean lobby and restaurant. However, the contrast between the room and the lobby is quite large, especially in the bathroom. The basin is placed on a piece of glass. When the faucet is turned on, the water flows directly to the glass table and then leaks to the floor. It is simply unusable.

Very good hotel and good customer service I recommend it, to come to Puebla

Very well located, clean rooms and have parking

It is a Hotel that needs to be renovated, the facilities already look old and the maintenance is not the best. The pool is very small and looked dirty. The plus point is that it is very close to the center.
