Photos look a lot better than reality. Very old fashioned and pretty grotty. Very noisy road

We stayed the night in a King Studio room...big room ...comfy bed ...was cheap but everything pretty run down

Convenient location whish is just off Highway 6 at the entrance to Greymouth and few minutes drive to town centre. Kitchen is well-layout and fully equipped with electric stove and microwave oven 👍. Bathroom will be more use-friendly if some hooks are installed on the wall for towels and clothings. We enjoyed the coastal drive to the Pancake Rocks and Blowholes very much.

The handy location was excellent. Clean and tidy 😊

Great little Motel on the edge of town, just a short walk from shops and a bit further into town. Clean room, great shower, excellent TV channels and all you need to make a cup of tea and breakfast. Thanks for a great stay.

Very convenient motel

There are few people in Greymouth town. I went to the Kiwi Center and had Alice May lemon fish and steak.

I went to the South Island of New Zealand in March and stayed in this cottage at the Greymouth Motel. The room was quite large, with a kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, set of tableware, and set of pots. Although I didn't use it, it felt good. The room facilities were relatively old, but it was very clean and quiet, and the price/performance ratio was high.

The room is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, you can cook, the scenery is also good, the receptionist at the front desk has a very good attitude, the parking space is convenient and has an independent parking space, overall satisfied! !

Cheap and comfortable to stay. You can cook with your own battery stove. The kitchenware is quite complete. It is convenient for travel. It takes only about 25 minutes to get to Pancake Rock. I booked a room, but it seems that I was given 2 connecting rooms. It's great value and recommended to stay.
