The location is very good because we can easily walk to McDonald.The pool has no lifeguards so we had to be very careful when playing in the pool and it has a lot of leaves 🍁 in the pool.The morning breakfast (Nasi lemak) was not so tasty as I had high hopes for it……

Customer service is wonderful but the cleanliness is not up standard at all. Upon checked in, you will find the bed sheet didn't change from previous booking and have black marks all over the bed sheet. The hot water system is not working and asked for repair maintenance and didn't even sort out the issues. Stayed there for 4 nights and luckily we have booked 8 rooms and we can go to our family member's room for shower. The breakfast is pretty good and of course I don't expect it to be a 5 star standard. Overall, 3/5 for the stay
