The location of the hotel is convenient as I mentioned above as the LRT Station is right beside the hotel (no need to worry about noise pollution as the windows are sealed properly), there are plenty of restaurants, mini stores, convenience stores and a mall all within walking distance. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel."

However, the signal is extremely poor; the hotel's Wi-Fi is completely unusable on higher floors, which really dampened the experience. Most importantly, during check-in, I encountered two employees at the front desk who were discriminatory towards Chinese people and used offensive language, which made me very angry."

"Hotel Review Overall, I was quite impressed with the swimming pool, and I really appreciated getting the pool-view room and connecting room as requested. The breakfast was also good. There are just a few areas that could be improved: 1. Bell service: There was no bellboy available, so I had to ask the security guard for assistance with the luggage trolley. I understand that the security team has their own responsibilities, but having a bell service available would make the arrival and departure experience more convenient for guests. 2. Accessibility: The parking was generally okay, but for OKU or wheelchair users, the distance from the drop-off point to Room 701 may be quite far and could be challenging. 3. Ironing facilities: The iron board was not in very good condition and could be replaced or maintained. 4. Curtains: I noticed some mould on the curtains. It would be good if they could be cleaned or replaced to maintain a more comfortable and hygienic room environment. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I hope these small improvements can make the experience even better for future guests."

"I stayed here for two nights during my trip to Kuala Lumpur, and the experience was just okay. The hotel is located in Puchong, which is a suburb of KL – my fault for not researching the location better. It's quite far from the nearest metro station. The room cleanliness was mediocre, and it felt very damp and stuffy, especially with the rain in KL. Thankfully, there was air conditioning, which I kept on all night to sleep comfortably. The room itself was tiny, just a bed and a bathroom, which I found too small. On the plus side, there's a water dispenser in the hotel with both hot and cold water, which was great. Lastly, there's an Indian restaurant downstairs that I ate at three times – their chicken curry was delicious! Thumbs up for that!"
