Great hotel in Pu’an. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were soft. The shower had good pressure.,great places to eat and many shops all nearby the hotel.

The hotel doesn't look particularly grand from the outside, but once inside, you'll feel its grandeur. The decor is very elegant, with European and Roman influences. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Parking is convenient, though tight. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is plentiful.

The small town is generally OK, but the room we stayed in was cleaned haphazardly. The breakfast variety is average and we hope it will be improved. The price is a bit inconsistent with the hotel. There is a beautiful girl at the front desk who has a good service attitude. The rest of the staff are average.

I booked a special room for 200, which was at the back of the elevator. I could hear the sound of the elevator going up and down when I was sleeping, and my sleep quality was not good. I don't recommend staying in a special room. There is also a kindergarten next to it, which was quite loud and a bit noisy early in the morning. The sanitary conditions were average, and the morning was average. It was good to have extra milk provided, and the kettle was also kept warm.

When we arrived at the hotel that night, they told us to park in the adjacent parking lot. I checked again both before and after entering the hotel, and they told me to just go and stay at the hotel. But when I got there, they wouldn't let me out. They wanted me to pay upfront and go to their parking booth to get reimbursed. When I went to the parking booth, they couldn't find out when I had entered the lot. They kept arguing. I told them to call the hotel, but after a long delay, they reluctantly gave me my parking. I parked my car at the door and argued with them. I was so scared they'd get caught on camera and say it was a traffic violation! The front desk staff didn't even communicate with the parking booth. What kind of service is this?

The location is great, easy to find using navigation. There's free parking right in front of the hotel, and there's also a free parking lot where you can park at night. The hotel is a little dim inside, but the receptionist was very friendly and immediately offered hot tea. There's an elevator, and the hotel is quite spacious with plenty of rooms. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, and there are free drinks. We left early the next morning and didn't eat there, but the receptionist told us there's a restaurant upstairs where you can order food.

房間衞生地毯太多煙頭印跡、污漬、浴巾實在是破損嚴重、這樣的浴巾怎麼可以給客人用呢、實在想不通，早餐一般、煮粉的大姐態度需要改進一下

地理位置不錯，樓下就有條小吃街。

房間較大，但有黴味，可能與當地潮濕有關，空調是定時開的，我想用空調除除濕，但開了一會就自動關了。訂房時要求遠離電梯，但前台偏給我一個電梯隔壁房間，估計是有意的。攜程訂的是特價房，但在前台自主辦入住的顧客拿到的房間比攜程特價房價格還低，估計是我對這個特價有誤解。

由於是維也納集團的酒店，設施自然比普通酒店更好，但不知為什麼牙刷相當刺口腔。房間、衞生間的門後、浴室的玻璃台上均有長頭髮，退房時，旁邊房間的客人反映皮膚被蟲子咬出大片紅包。早餐較豐富，但雞蛋補充不及時。總的來説，設施不錯，價位不高，但離貴族還差得有點遠，管理還有較大提升空間。

剛入住普安保羅貴族國際酒店的舒適雙床房，衞生方面很讓人滿意，房間裏的床鋪、桌面等都乾乾淨淨，沒有灰塵和污漬，給人一種清爽的感覺。環境也很不錯，酒店周邊比較安靜，不會被嘈雜的聲音打擾，在房間裏休息很愜意。服務很貼心，從辦理入住到進房間，工作人員都很熱情，有什麼需求也能及時迴應。設施比較齊全，房間內配有牛奶、空調、電視等都能正常使用，床品也很舒適。

房間乾淨整潔，每天打掃更換床單被罩， 預訂方便，周邊生活便利，出行快捷。 普安出差推薦酒店。
