Food Variety: The hotel's restaurant offers varied and tasty meals, including salmon, shrimp, and Mexican cuisine. The breakfast and dinner options are appreciated for their diversity, although some guests feel they could be improved for a 5-star hotel.

Очень вкусные и разнообразные ужины в ресторане, от лосося и креветок до блюд мексиканской кухни.

I don’t have the words to express how grateful I am for every person who contributed to making our wedding day so special!! On 24.09.2025 I married the love of my life at the Constantinos, in front of 60 of our most special family members. I was BLOWN AWAY. Every single person knew what they were doing and everything was more perfect than I ever imagined. From the bottom of my heart, we are both so truly grateful to every supplier and every other employee behind the scenes. From the second we arrived we felt the gorgeous vibes from everyone. Especially Tina and Adele from the hotel, straight away I felt at home. Diane was just pure magic!! I expected nothing less after seeing good reviews but she exceeded expectations. The hair and makeup salon absolutely slayed makeup and hair. The most lovely ladies I’ve ever come across, I went back twice after the wedding for a curly blow!! Their page does not do them justice, them ladies can do anything you want. Our photographer George was incredible, him and Adam our videographer put us at ease and our pictures speak for themselves. The wedding album was with us three days later!! We had every image digitally within 24 hours!! So glad we made the most of the gorgeous CTG by getting pictures inside the hotel. How could we not!! The service from the staff, the cleaners, the bar tenders everyone at the hotel, was simply amazing. The hotel has such a a gorgeous feel to it and we will definitely return. Thank you CTG x

We stayed 10 nights as a couple. The location on Vryssi Beach (with views across to Fig Tree Beach) is stunning, and the hotel has the infrastructure to support a five-star experience. But the delivery was riddled with misleading advertising, inconsistent service, and basic operational gaps. Having been here for 10 days, I have written this review up over the duration, rather than be impulsive about it - and to of course allow the establishment to redeem itself in places. That said… What actually worked • The beachfront setting is excellent, with easy access to Fig Tree, Vryssi Beach and a short drive to Konnos Bay • Tina (Quality Assurance Manager) is the absolute star of this hotel. Warm, professional, and genuinely helpful - she is incredible! • Andreas at reception assisted when we raised concerns. He gave us à la carte tokens to make up for the misleading All-Inclusive. That gesture mattered, although it did take some convincing initially What are you given, versus what you actually get? • The website says All-Inclusive includes à la carte dining and drinks until midnight. In reality, à la carte is only for Premium guests (and that tier isn’t even bookable via the hotel’s own site - at least not when we booked or when I checked the site during the visit) • Reception staff said they don’t control the website. That’s irrelevant. If you advertise it, you deliver it (or fix the messaging) • Bar hours were 10:30 to 23:45 (last orders) — not midnight as advertised (why 45 mins less?) • All drinks are local spirits (which is stated in the marketing), but the menu is limited. Want a daiquiri or espresso martini? That’s extra. • No fresh juice (just concentrate) • No bottled water in rooms. Tap water isn’t drinkable, and you can’t get water outside bar hours. So I have to go up the street to a shop or be charged to buy a bottle of water after hours? This doesn’t seem reasonable Food: repetitive and uninspiring • Breakfast was identical every day. No rotation, although you can get freshly made omelettes and eggs. Coffee is good too as it’s freshly ground beans as opposed to instant. There is generally a lot on offer though! • Lunch was generally okay. A decent spread of salads and hot dishes, but little variation across days. The highlight was Kohili, the à la carte lunch restaurant where we used our complaint vouchers — excellent food, well presented, and genuinely enjoyable. This is the standard the rest of the hotel should be aiming for • Dinner was mixed. We tried it three times out of a possible ten. Dry meat or overcooked each time unfortunately. We ate out the other seven nights (despite having All-Inclusive). Bedroom and bathroom: basic standards missed • Beds were made daily, but looked thrown together and not well presented. Sheets weren’t changed until day eight • No shaver socket, so we couldn’t charge an electric toothbrush • No soap dish, so the complimentary bar of soap just melted into a mess on the tap, which was the o

This hotel was recommended by family members. Our initial thoughts were really good, the check in was really smooth and the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and has a nice sized balcony with a good sea view. The hotels location cannot be faulted right on the front with a really nice beach and warm mediterranian clear waters. The hotel pool while not the usual freezing cold pool we are used too, is in need of some repairs, some of the loungers were in a real state of repair and dirty. The pool toilets were dirty and constantly without paper towels, and the make shift breeze block walk way is less than ideal. The pool bar was good providing all the necessary drinks and snacks, though some of the staff were quite abrupt. The food was good in all the restaurants and the staff were extremely efficent. The hotel needs an expansive renovation if it wants to continue to compete with the newer hotels on the beach front. The hotel is a big wedding venue, and over our 7 days there were 5 weddings, i suggest that if you are not a fan of loud music, and people trying to sing at the top of the voices, then you get a room with a pool view, as the other side is directly above the wedding area. The cleanliness also needs looking at, as while they clean your room daily its obvious it is only a cursory clean and making of the beds, the corridors were left unhoovered and unmopped, i watch a cleaner mop a balcony floor, then use the mop to clean the chairs and table. Overall whilst we had a good stay and a lovely holiday it could have been better, it promotes itself as a 5 star it is 3 at best at the present time, which is a shame as it has massive potential.

This hotel is really bad. I got a room with a balcony right next to where the hotel holds weddings. There was a wedding for 5 days with a lot of noise and loud music until 12 at night. The air conditioning did not work in the room, I went down and said it twice without it being fixed. When you order drinks in the restaurant, they only come when you have finished eating. The hotel had also run out of pool towels. The shower in the bathroom did not work, it only dripped with water, so a bath took at least 15-20 minutes. The toilet was loose and was about to tip over. They do not change the bed linen. There is an incredible amount of noise and extremely loud music all day down in the pool, and there are many children who fill the entire adult pool instead of using the children's pool. I would strongly advise everyone to choose another hotel than this. 5 stars is a parody for this hotel, it's max 2 stars. I've been to Cyprus 8 times and this is the ABSOLUTE worst hotel
