Lovely stay in this hotel

A beautiful hotel, lovely accessories in the room , attentive staff and a gorgeous view. Only down side was that the ac wasn’t working but they gave us a fan

We booked over 12 months prior to staying, im sure like many others we look at the reviews on TripAdvisor and hope its as nice as everyone says it is! The hotel lived up to its reputation, amazing we wish we could have stayed for longer, 2 weeks wasnt enough! The staff do elevate the experience, they work incredibly hard, and when you ask for something, the answer is yes, even if you expect a no, from drinks not on the menu, to taking night caps up to the room, extra bottles of water, no problem...the drinks forget about measures, its all abou the taste, champagne colladas, Aperol Spritz in the biggest glasses that a goldfish would get lost in Its fair to say that whenever we have stayed previously in all-inclusive hotels the food is always a disappointment, we love eating out...we stayed at King Jason for 14 nights and only ate out 3 times, and wished we had eaten at the hotel on 2 out of the 3 occasions (the exception was Mojitoes in Pernera amazing food and service) we saved a small fortune and the variety and the flavours were exceptional, everything was fresh well presented and the only downside was we had to come home... Carvery is a particular highlight, but there was great food every day, morning, noon and night The room in all honesty could do with an extra wardrobe, it has the space (stayed in a sea view suite) the only other thing that didnt look great was the shower screen plastic ***** was cracked and was a bit moldy, Everything else was lovely, amazing view, cleaning apart from the shower screen plastic ***** was consistently great, with regular clean sheets we would like to thank all the staff especially Dennis and Asam, I have not previously tipped in all inclusive hotels, but credit where its due we wanted to tip each of the teams We will be back and it wont be soon enough!

The King Jason Hotel is situated in the fig tree bay area of Protaras. Perfectly located to enjoy the crystal clear sea. The hotel is not the biggest, but perfectly balanced. This is evident around the pool and restaurant, which is not overcrowded. From the moment you check in until it's time to leave, you are surrounded by lovely staff. They are all so kind and helpful. The room we had was a suite, and this we found very spacious with his and hers sinks. 2 wardrobes, a small kitchen area, and a large shower. There is a clever sliding door system that turns it into 2 rooms. We found the food really good. There may not be a huge variety each night, but there is always a chicken, beef, vegetable option available. All the food was perfectly cooked and high quality. The bar and pool drinks ordering system is excellent. The many staff attend to your requests at your table or poolside bed. They key in your order into a tablet, then the order is automatically sent to the bar. Within a minute you have your drinks delivered to you. Lots of cocktails and other drinks to choose. Lager is Estrella or Keo, both well served and chilled. Beds around the pool are plentiful. There is a choice of standard loungers that have quite deep mattresses. Or choose the poolside round lounge bays. There are also about 8 four poster beds in the garden area. We really enjoyed our stay at the King Jason, so much so that as our 7 day holiday was coming to a close, we decided to stay for a further 4 nights. Credit to the management, restaurant staff, bar staff and cleaning staff. Each and every one were fantastic .

This is a very good hotel. It’s overlooking fig tree bay which has beautiful sand and crystal clear water. It’s small and adults only. We had a sea view suite. Nice modern furniture great bed and bedding and a great shower. The food was varied and good quality. The pool guys are brilliant and a special mention for elena and Maria in the restaurant. A couple of smallniggles. Would have enjoyed some daytime activities, yoga water aerobics, of which there were none. There is no loo close to the bar. If you travel with tui it’s a long transfer to and from the airport. Seems to be lots of return visitors which probably says it all.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome – Prosecco at 4am! The staff set the tone for what would be a wonderfully relaxing week. We were shown to our room with a quick tour of the hotel. A thoughtful touch awaited us: sandwiches and fresh fruit left in the fridge due to our late arrival. The dressing gowns and slippers were another lovely addition that made us feel at home. The hotel itself is stunning – clean, stylish, and beautifully maintained. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. They’re a team of professionals who know exactly what they’re doing and deliver a level of service that many five-star hotels would envy. Friendly, attentive, and full of personality, they made every moment special. From breakfast through to lunch and dinner, you feel like you're dining in a high-end restaurant. Drinks are often served within seconds of sitting down. The quality and variety of food are outstanding – catering for gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-intolerant guests without hesitation. The presentation was sublime, and the chefs and kitchen staff were not only visible but happy to chat as they prepared the meals. They clearly take pride in their work and have a fantastic sense of humour. Every dish – from pork medallions and chicken Kiev to curries, Italian, Asian dishes, and even a roast dinner – was freshly cooked using high-quality ingredients. The omelettes, crepes, salads, sauces, and desserts were all made to order with care and skill. I only wish the chefs wore name badges so I could thank them all personally – but there’s a tip jar at the end of the food counter, and you simply can’t walk past it without showing your appreciation. The spa was excellent value – €40 for a proper back and shoulder massage – with longer treatments also available. The gym was well-equipped, and there was always a cuddle bed or cushioned sunbed available. The pool bar team were fantastic – they’ll make you any drink you like, even creating something new just for you. Be warned: the drinks are strong and free-poured – two vodka cocktails later and I was feeling pleasantly fuzzy! The hotel attracts a mostly peaceful, over-60s crowd, with some younger couples too. The nearby town is lively if you're looking for a change of pace. We booked a suite with a large balcony, which turned out to be a shared space on the first floor. Next time, I’d opt for an alternate room. The in-room facilities were excellent – hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and fantastic WiFi throughout the hotel and pool areas (possibly the best I’ve experienced abroad). The pool was a little cold due to the time of year, and the weather was occasionally windy or cloudy – but I’d simply go later in the season next time.
