Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa

We’ve just returned from another magical stay at the Sunrise Pearl in Protaras, and as always, we’re leaving with full hearts and unforgettable memories. Yes, the hotel is stunning—the rooms are immaculate, the beach is idyllic, and the food is excellent—but what truly makes this place special is the people. A huge thank you to Charlotte, the incredible restaurant manager, who leads with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Her amazing team—Durga, Maya, Cristos, Georgina, Manu, Parvinda, and Konstantine—are just wonderful. Every meal was a joy, not just because of the delicious food, but because of the friendly, attentive service that made us feel so at home. A lovely personal touch we really appreciated: they even remembered our coffee orders from previous mornings without us having to ask—that kind of attention to detail really sets them apart. A special highlight of our trip was a beautiful evening at the Fishbone restaurant, where Charlotte and Parvinda went above and beyond to make everything absolutely perfect. We were also incredibly impressed by the Fishbone manager and their assistant (whose names we sadly didn’t catch) who were just fantastic—so attentive and kind. One particularly thoughtful gesture stood out: they even brought over a separate chair just so my wife didn’t have to leave her bag on the floor. It’s the little things like that which make such a difference and show how much they care. And of course, a huge thank you to the chefs at both Fishbone and the Waterfall Restaurant—from breakfast to lunch to dinner, they work so hard behind the scenes to make sure everyone is well-fed and happy. With the sheer number of people they serve every day, it’s honestly impressive how they still manage to cook every egg order to perfection and deliver food so quickly and consistently. Their work often goes unseen, but it never goes unappreciated. Over at the pool bar, we were just as spoiled by the dream team—Mirella, Ranjeet, Amreeta, Costas, Ali, and Chrysa. Mirella, who supervises the whole pool bar area, ensures it runs like a well-oiled machine—everything flows so smoothly under her watch, and she does it all with charm, calmness, and genuine warmth. The whole team brings such fantastic energy to the place, always ready with a smile, a laugh, or a perfectly mixed drink. Speaking of laughs—Ranjeet is like a brother from another mother—his banter and personality made our day! The poolside team, led by Sheshir, were also outstanding—so friendly, attentive, and always doing their absolute best to help you find the sunbed spot you like. That kind of thoughtfulness makes relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable, and it never goes unnoticed. It was also such a nice surprise to see Christos, the previous pool area manager, who now works next door at Sunrise Beach. He kept checking in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect—such a kind and thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. A special mention also goe

Firstly let me say i NEVER do reviews on anything......... Arrived on 11th june for 11 nights,checked in and was shown our room, (we booked with TUI a year ago paid for sea view, sea view was not the best,as there was a building blocking the whole view of the sea. ) i blame tui petsonally, We went down to reception and explained the situation, saying we specifically asked for a non limited sea view. A lovely lady called VERA listened to our problem and upgraded us to a better room the next day, and had all our belongings moved as well,so we didn't lose any sunbathing time. She went above and beyond and we were grateful. Because of this service,we are booking again for next year. Hotel spotless,grounds well maintained, vast selection at breakfast. If there is a problem, staff are on it ASAP. Best hotel in protatas, so chilled, can't wait to cone back. Reception staff are so polite and a great assett to your company.

We have just returned from ten nights stay at Sunset Pearl and already planning our next trip. Stunning hotel - great location right in the heart of the ***** and on the beach. We had a deluxe room no sea view - however it was perfect very modern, clean etc, robes and a turn down service every night. All the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. As most people have mentioned the allocation of sunbeds around the pool is a game changer, takes away all the hassle of being up early etc. First day we were at the children’s pool which was lovely and after that moved to preferred beds at the adults pool. My only very minor critique is the pool could benefit from some background music. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel. True 5 ✨✨

We have just returned from an 11 night stay in Sunrise Pearl Hotel in Protaras and have enjoyed our stay there very much. The hotel itself is well maintained and in an excellent position. As other reviewers have mentioned, the dedicated allocation of sunbeds is a real bonus - other hoteliers should take note! Sunbeds are so well spread out with plenty of room - not lined up with military precision! Also the "dine around" option in the hotel-owned restaurants is excellent and good value - with 3 courses in each you won't go hungry!! But what sets this 5* hotel apart is the courtesy, professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I would particularly like to mention Sarlota, Constantina and Parwinder in the Restaurant and Vera at Reception, all of whom were exceptional. Just a thought, it might be a good idea to have gated access to the beach via room key for extra security.
