The hotel is centrally located on the main street of Protaras just a few meters from the fig tree beach.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast rich and the staff very helpful and friendly.
I would choose the hotel again for sure.
I highly recommend!

This small hotel is at an excellent location, it is only a minute away by foot to fig tree bay. The Staff are very friendly .It is very clean . The breakfast is quite adequate and the breakfast staff are very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here before and with definitely stay here again.

We were given a room on the 2nd floor, inland view. When we entered the room it smelled like it was closed for a long time. There was dirt on the floor in various places and the teapot and glasses were very dirty. There was also hair on the chair in the room. Additionally the towels smelled very bad .We thought because they have been there for some days, but even when they changed them they still smelled the same. We called them about this and the lady at the reception told us they would sent a cleaner to clean the room which they did. I also called Vrissiana hotel (owners of this hotel) to inform them of this but they told me there was no other room to transfer me too and when I asked to speak to the manager she never gave me anyone. Furthermore the black out curtain fell in the evening and as a result the sun entered the room very early in the morning. It is understood that during the night no one was on duty to come fix it . In the morning someone was sent to fix it. No one took the time to apologize about this. Breakfast was very basic nothing special. The good thing about the hotel is the excellent location. Definitely not worth the money we paid for 2 persons per night.

Noise! Never again because REVO club. ver again – because of the unbearable noise from the REVO club, going on late into the night and making rest impossible. Never again – because of the room facing the main road, with constant traffic noise from early morning. Never again – because of the selective politeness towards guests, where some are treated kindly, and others are ignored. Never again – because the room was not cleaned properly, and basic hygiene was clearly neglected. Never again – because of the repetitive, average food with no creativity or variety. Never again – because of the pool with no privacy, located right next to the street and fully exposed to passersby. Never again – because I felt like just a number, not a guest whose comfort and experience mattered.

Hotel was in perfect location, spotless on cleanliness, bar staff and restaurant manager was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Always sun beds available. As a whole great hotel. Hope to be back again soon

This hotel is lovely. Exceptionally clean in every part of the hotel. Staff were amazing very friendly and always smiling. Pool area fab and we could always get a sunbed. Food was lovely and always freshly prepared. Special mention to Alexandre Restaurant Manager and her team. She was absolutely brilliant. So welcoming when you enter the Restaurant and she clearly looked after her guests. Position of the hotel is perfect just on the edge of the *****. Some really nice restaurants if you fancied a change. Overall a lovely holiday and would love to visit again. Would 100% totally recommend.
