"We booked this hotel based on its 4-star rating, but unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. During a storm, the roof leaked, and we were without hot water for 24 hours. The air conditioning worked intermittently, and when it did, it sounded like a jet plane. The rooms were also very damp. When we brought these issues to the manager's attention, she claimed they couldn't control the storm, but the real issue was the poor construction of the building. The breakfast was subpar, with flies landing on the food. Many items were out of stock, and they blamed it on waiting for deliveries. We had hoped for a more pleasant interaction and compensation for the inconveniences, but the manager was more concerned with having the last word and could benefit from a customer service course."

"We stayed at the Tirreno Residence for six nights as a couple. We were struck by its peaceful and authentic atmosphere, surrounded by greenery and perfect for those seeking relaxation away from the hustle and bustle. Our room had an outdoor corner under the lemon trees: shaded, private, and truly pleasant for reading or eating al fresco. Every morning, the owners Alberto and Goffredo kindly offered us a delicious breakfast, with coffee, juice, and the typical Procida pasta, a truly appreciated gesture! The in-room kitchenette proved very convenient and useful. The area is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful walks nearby and a short distance from the lighthouse and Postino Beach. A well-kept place with an authentic atmosphere. Ideal for couples and travelers who want to discover Procida at a leisurely pace, experiencing the island in its truest form. We highly recommend it! "We had dinner in this building on Monday 8 September and we were really impressed by the excellent food, which was prepared for us by the cook Leonardo we met at the end of the evening. But the chilli on the cake, it was the linguine with alice and green peppers. All perfect, we will certainly talk to friends about it. Thank you."

"Everything was fantastic, starting with Donatella and the rest of the staff, super helpful and truly points of reference. The location was very beautiful, including the garden and the place where breakfast is held. Our room was perfectly clean and functional, the set including a toothbrush was much appreciated. From there, in twenty minutes on foot you can be anywhere on the island (eventually the bus stop is right next door)."

"We stayed at the hotel for five days between July and August 2024. The staff was friendly and showed us to our room. The rooms are on multiple levels, all in white and blue, clean, and looked recently renovated. The spacious and bright room had an outdoor area with a small wrought-iron table and two chairs, and a drying rack for quick laundry. Ours was bright and had a large bathroom with a shower. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good, offering both savory and sweet options. There was no milk, but you could just ask the staff. The only downside was that cappuccino and coffee had to be made with a do-it-yourself machine, not by the barista with the professional machine. The hotel is very close to the Rivoli stop on the L1 line, which connects the Vivara area to the port of Procida and the other sites and beaches on the island. The beach is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and there are beach clubs, but you can also bring your own umbrella. Nearby is Vivara Island, a nature reserve, which can be accessed after booking online. This stay is perfect for those seeking tranquility."

"Lovely hotel in superb location on stunning island . We had a junior suite but found the small balcony to be too tall to see over when seated so upgraded our room to the suite with the large terrace . This was SO much nicer as we had so much more room to enjoy the veiw . The decor is lovely and one of the reception staff was particularly helpful . The other seemed unable to help much."

"We chose this hotel to spend a few days on the island, partly based on its positive reviews. The property, in addition to being in an excellent location, boasts a wonderful view of Corricella from all its rooms (which are quite spacious and very clean), the most characteristic and colorful part of the island. Breakfast was very pleasant, and although simple in its food, it was served in a charming little garden with one of the most beautiful views of Procida. It was wonderful to wake up like this! We also appreciated the hotel's service, which offers guests a tour of the island on a gozzo boat. Pietro, in addition to being an excellent captain, told us so many interesting facts about Procida. If we were to return one day, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you ☺️"

"I stayed here for two nights and really loved the view from the rooftop terrace — it was definitely the highlight. The location is central but still very quiet, which was perfect for relaxing. The room was minimal but clean and had everything I needed. The staff were helpful and gave some great local tips. A very peaceful place to enjoy Procida. "
