It’s definitely not a four star hotel. The attitude from the reception is very rude. Seems like he just do not want to talk with anybody, or deliver any service to his customers . And as you can see the curtain is broken in the room and they use very cheaper tissue here. 非常差，不推荐。

In the very centre, rather old building, nice staff, good breakfast

Had issue with both trip.com and the hotel right up till a few days before the stay. Trip.com informed that hotel is not available and said I had to change just a week before the stay. However, the recommended alternative was further and I was asked to pay extra given the higher cost (as the stay is just 1 week away). I then initiated to check directly with the hotel to confirm the stay. The hotel then told me the stay is confirmed but trip.com insisted otherwise. All these took place for a few days and was only settled after many emails and calls while I was travelling in Europe. After finally getting to the hotel, I thought all would be good. I paid the hotel tax using cash and the change given by the hotel staff turned out to be unusable, defunct note. Am utterly disappointed by trip.com and the hotel for causing much distress to my trip and disturbed by the hotel staff's dishonest act. I followed up with an email to the hotel regarding the incident but there was no reply. Be extra careful when booking this hotel through trip.com.

Beware of this dishonest and unresponsive so called largest hotel chain. I received a defunct old czech note when paying the hotel tax and when i reached out to them after my stay, they ignored the emails. Prior to the stay, I also encountered multiple hurdles. Trip.com wanted to cancel my booking as their supplier had issue with this hotel. However, when i contacted the hotel, they responded so i managed to confirm the stay after a few days of liaising with trip.com and the hotel. All these happened less than a week before my stay while i was travelling in other parts of europe. Worst experience on trip.com. The hotel staff was also lazy, unreliable and dishonest. A male staff was on video call while checking us in, gave us defunct notes and wanted to keep our passports for an hour to photocopy. The staff then lazily photocopied the passports using a few seconds and returned our passports when we said we would need the passports back. What a trip to prague. Beautiful city with not so beautiful people.

Very Good Hotel

Our room was OK. The toilet was noisy at night, but I brought earplugs. The hotel is very conveniently located. It is close to shopping malls and attractions. The hotel breakfast is OK, but the elevator is super slow. The facilities are a bit old. Overall, it is OK.

Everything was perfect. Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a kettle was provided, which was a surprise. The breakfast was very rich, which was very unexpected.

The hotel is in a good location, near the Old Town Square, which is convenient for walking. The hotel is slightly unhygienic, the carpet in the room is very dirty, there are hairs on the sheets and towels, the room is very simple, the breakfast is also very average, with few varieties, and it does not meet the four-star standard in all aspects.

Title: AVOID! My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We had to book in a hurry due to a cancelled flight and chose this establishment which claims to be 4 stars, but this does not reflect the reality. When we arrived, the room really left something to be desired. We found medicines scattered around, strange objects in the teaspoon and on the carpet, sweets hidden under the bed, as well as a build-up of dust. The walls were stained, the shower was in an unsatisfactory state, and the hot water was getting cold quickly. The soundproofing was also very poor. In addition, the kettle and carpet were in poor condition, and the bath towels were not clean. The staff were discourteous and asked us to leave the room to "clean". When we returned, they had simply made the bed without changing the sheets, vacuuming, removing our fast food bag or emptying the trash. We finally decided to leave the hotel without spending our second night, and no commercial gesture or refund was offered, despite our evidence. A very unsatisfactory experience that I do not recommend. I advise you to look elsewhere!
