the location was wonderful and central to everything we needed and the room was clean. However, there were multiple things in our room that needed replacing like the bathroom mirror and a cupboard door. The Service was very poor. the receptionist wasn't there half the time and we were told that we had to check out at 10:00am when my confirmation email stated that we could check out anytime before 8pm. This was very disappointing as it cut our weekend plans a day short.

Don't book this hotel. I booked a deluxe studio room of 22 square meters, but was given a small room of 10 square meters, which was different from the picture. I communicated with the manager and he said there were no other rooms. I couldn't get a refund if I canceled the order. The washbasin in the toilet was small and low, just right for children. There were cockroaches in the room, and the fire alarm went out twice during the three nights I stayed. It was a really bad experience.

cleaning was a bit patchy as was holiday period , having said that , 6 nights for $3400 was on the high side in my view , again time of year , advice if you wantto stay herë book early

The hotel is located in the trendy Kings Cross area. Literally 2 minutes walk from Kings Cross station.
However, it is quite a long walk to the opera house.
The room is large, there is a kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, kettle, microwave.
There is a rooftop terrace with stunning views of central Sydney.
If the room had a balcony, it would be perfect!
