"Amazing stay. Travelled solo to Sydney CBD, and I booked a single bed with shared bathroom, room and toilet was extremely clean and felt safe. Location was also prime and had lots of cafes nearby, train station was just a short distance away and a laundromat right next door. Will recommend."

"The hotel service was decent, and the staff were quite responsible. I stayed in a 4-person dorm room with bunk beds. The pros are that it's cheap, the beds are reasonably comfortable, and you can cook in the kitchen. Plus, all the foreigners I've met so far are young, polite, and enthusiastic, making for good conversations. The cons are that it can be noisy outside at night (perhaps because my room was near the window), and there was a slight odor in the dorm (according to my roommates). Also, there was no light in the bathroom."

"It was very quiet, and the room was quite spacious. Disposable toiletries aren't provided in many countries, which is more eco-friendly. Perhaps because there weren't many people, it didn't feel noisy. When we checked in, they even gave my child a DIY craft kit, haha. Hot water was only available at the bar, but it wasn't very convenient because it was from a coffee machine setup, not a water dispenser, so I felt a bit awkward going there repeatedly. The hotel is incredibly close to the subway station, which was the main reason I booked it. Overall, my stay was quite good."

Holiday Blackout + Ignored Emails = Deliberate Sabotage of Customer Rights!** I booked your hotel at **12:00 AM on June 9** for a 14:00 check-in that same day (an immediate stay was intended, but I selected the wrong option). **Within 5 minutes**, I realized the error and rushed to the hotel, only to find **"NO STAFF AFTER 10 PM"**—no night shift, no emergency contact, a total service void! The next morning (June 9), I arrived at **8:30 AM begging to correct the booking**. The front desk coldly stated: **"Only the manager has authority, and today is a Public Holiday—he’s off."** I sent an email on the spot, showed the sent receipt, and was promised "the manager will reply." Yet, **for 24 hours, my email was ignored!** On June 10, I returned, only to be told: **"The stay date has passed—no adjustments possible."** This is outrageous! I reported the error at dawn on the 9th, but your hotel used "holiday absence" to delay, then hid behind "deadline expiry"—**a calculated scheme to shift blame and pocket my money!** **Three unforgivable failures:** 1. **Nighttime service blackout**: No staff or contingency plan post-10 PM, abandoning guests in crises; 2. **Holiday operational collapse**: Manager off-duty with zero backup authority, deliberately blocking solutions; 3. **Communication fraud**: Demanding email requests then ignoring them, intentionally wasting customers’ remedy window. **Verdict**: This is not "policy enforcement"—it’s **institutionalized trickery**! Exploiting timing gaps and systemic flaws to profit from honest mistakes. **Avoid this hotel at all costs if you value your time and dignity!"

"I stayed here recently! The room had a very simple design, which made me feel very relaxed! The soundproofing was excellent, and I was able to live without being bothered by surrounding noise!"

"Very nice stay at this boutique hotel, great location to bars and restaurants, train etc. Staff went above and beyond in offering suggestions of things to go and restanats to try. We were in need of medical attention while staying here and the young woman (morning staff, dark hair, not Australian) ttok the time to make phone calls and find us a dr who cd see us quickly. All ended well. Our room was on the second floor which pls note there is no elevator and you will need to carry any heavy bags up a flight of stairs. Room was spacious w a comfortable bed and large soking tub and top notch shower. Also note neighbors are extremely close and unless you keep your blinds drawn completely, there is no privacy. Breakfast was made to order with multiple selections to choose from. We wd definitely stay here again!"

It had everything we could imagine and made our stay really relaxing and easy. Great location, friendly atmosphere, and excellent value. We would happily stay again!"
